Sadie‘s kick was lethal 😮
It was a slower race tbh. St. Pierre is running 4:16:xx Great potential though and will be awesome to watch her progress through college.
@@jimoconnor8597 isn’t Sadie a junior?
@@garylarowe8741 yeah
A nice event. Im struck by how ready Sadie is to move to the NCAA's. Coach Hennes is getting a really solid athlete with a grounded nature. So much more ahead for us fans.
LOL at the pacer.
Can’t believe Englehart is still a junior! She gets another year to annihilate the HS records.
Would have loved to see her and Zealand in the same race.
I would love to see a Sadie v Zealand at some point in the near future.
at least we get Sadie vs another Ali (Ince) at Brooks in a few weeks. that should be very interesting. Zealand will be running in the 2 mile which itself might be the best race of the year.
sadie beat her
Sadie came from like 200 meters to go and she was like 6 or 7 place and got second. WOW!
Sadie, great job getting under 4:30 - knew you would do it.
Schooler Sadie atta' 28 resets HS mile mark!..Tha' phenom!..notice her intro?..calm, cool, collected and lethal..and the 'Sadie' fanbase is growing exponentially with races like that..Wow!
If Sadie had been able to keep slightly closer contact after 2.5 laps she probably wins this. Massive negative split, though. Very impressive!
Perfect touch with the HOKA hats. Nice!
As a long time high school coach, I've seen many girls, out of what they think is respect, not pass older runners. I definitely saw that here. Sadie took something off over the last 20-30m.
That track is so dark.
Go Sadie!!! Absolutely fantastic!
Sadie should go Pro then off to the Olympics!! 🏅🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Great athlete, let see what college brings. Still a ways to go to make it pro. Olympics, not anytime soon... 4:28:46 is still average even in a US field. This year Hiltz ran 4:16:35, St. Pierre ran 4:16:41. Kipyegon ran 4:07:54 in late 2023...
No, she need to enjoy life, run in college and continue to mature, there is no rush.
No, too much pressure. She is still a kid and should experience the college life.
These old men can roll faster than they can run and should be managing a donut shop not a fine athelete womans race whats up
I feel like in a way it shouldn’t count because she was racing against pro’s
They count it differently. They have an all comers record (includes pros) or prep only record. I actually think they misspoke because I believe Mary Cain holds the all comers record still.
@@runwriterundev Wasn’t Mary Cain’s indoor? I can’t easily find it.
