How long can you record a recorded message for and how much can be replayed I mean can you play a long speech on your play back.

Do you have to press the trigger on the handle to talk out of it when speaking into the microphone?
On this model all the functions are on the detachable microphone. Just switch the talk to on when you need it and off when you don't.
