The River of Time (Solar Plexus, Heart and Sacral Chakra tuning)

Incarnation after incarnation, as we navigate this beautiful river throughout all of time, we cannot help but to discover that we have been here uncountable times before. This is our soul, passing from one generation to the next, from time immemorial. We are ancient beings following this ancient river without end, walking upon the Earth between the different realms of wondrous magic and miracles… if we only learn to see with our own eyes and hear with our own ears, we can then truly understand the river within.
Relax, meditate, do whatever you choose, just feel these frequencies connecting you to your deepest self… you soul, the river itself.
