JJ found his niche and we are all VERY lucky he continues with his channel. He is by far the best at this and I love his interviews. This is real stuff, not bombast.
He’s not “by far” the best. Jason Timpf is definitely in the conversation. It’s definitely a discussion to be had

Love the guy but man there has to be better coaches out there for Boston. Seems like he is still learning a lot and still has room to grow. Hopefully I am wrong tho as I would love to see JT and JB get a ring :) Also, JJ is a legend cant wait to see him in the NBA one day as a coach!
There’s rly not many. The good thing about Mazzulla is that he’s making his mistakes early and is young enough to kinda change. Them older coaches stuck in their ways. Plus he’s heavily respected in the locker room and was a huge reason why the Celtics made the finals 2 years ago.
Not a cetics fam but i have to agree there, It doesnt look like he's ready to be on a championship team quite yet. And saying that you're not good when you have time to think when thats what coaching is about, Its really not a good look tbh.

The guy is great but not the best fit for the celtics. But thats just my opinion, It seems that the teams really appreaciates him so lets enjoy that process and wait for the results.
Coaching staff. The selfish fan in me wish JJ would’ve got the surgery and got back on court. Easily one of the most underutilized sharp shooters of the modern era.

JJ I’m not sure what the hesitation is to jump into nba coaching. The podcast success? The golf? My take is that it’s because you are a psycho and know it. You know deep down that once you step into coaching you will give it 1000%…and you fear how that will impact your time, family, etc.
I think you owe it to yourself someday to see what you can accomplish as a coach. You don’t want to be left wondering what you could have accomplished.
