Welcome to another look at Savannah at the Vistas... This pristine housing development is located in Runaway Bay, St. Ann, Jamaica. It is still one of the most private, serene, quiet and cozy housing developments on the North Coast and this area definitely ticks off all the boxes.
A housing development that is ideally suited for returning residents or for families who prefer a less hectic lifestyle. The first set of homes were made available on December 18, 2016, with a total of 80 units. Now with Phase 2 development on the way, it promises to provide an additional 150 units for new homeowners, with a wide range of housing options including Townhouses Bungalows and Split-level units.

The area is located 32km (40mins) West of resort town of Ocho Rios, 10km (16mins) East of Discovery Bay. Also, 73km (1hr 10mins) from Sangster's International Airport and 122km (1hr 53mins) from Norman Manley International Airport making its positioning on the North Coast an ideal one

How can addition of 150 units not have their own poool?? Why won’t a new pool and gym house be provided for the new phase???

That's a fair ques, but in most cases, there's usually only 1 recreational area, providing access to a swimming pool, gym, etc that is available, regardless of the size of the property.
