Gianni Salice - A day in the life of 2nd Line Support - IT Career Switch Review

Gianni started our traineeship after working for years in jobs that he wasn’t really passionate about, so decided to go back to what he loved when he was young: tech, IT, software and hardware.
He was previously working as a bartender, but after completing our traineeship back in 2020, he is now working in 2nd Line Support.
In this video he gives a review on our traineeship, as well as showing us some of the daily tasks in his role.
