Would of loved to hear more about the journey and salery from starting as juniour developer ? And how long it took to get a rise and go to next lvl its the information in really looking for . As i spoke with a chap yesterday on the phone from I.T career switch and im thinking of going ahead . In currently a plasterer on fairly good money so i would be taking a hit on my salery to start but from what i can see things will end up for the best should i put the effort and determination in .
