First of all flying a huge jet as a domestic flight is inefficient unless it was a stop-over to an international destination (even then they should use a smaller plane for this 30 minute hop). Secondly why is a huge international plane not docking at a jetway, it would save a lot effort for those are struggle down the stairs.
