Georgia with Brisk and speed flag is alot of fun, 43kn BB in ranked is amazing. You use your decent concealment (13 something) and get into a position to farm them broadsides.
Sadly I got my Georgia in another account... Now I can't use it :( and I liked it allot
The lowered citadel on the Massa is also another thing that makes it more fun to play than the NC. I've had the Scharnhorst devastate the citadel of my NC.
I haven't got this ship yet but I do want it. I recently got the Agincourt out of a container I bought using coal and it has become one of my favorites to play.
massa's heal is too OP... i love it... i can go in and just fight even with 3 people firing at me and come out almost unscratched while killing 2 of them from full hp with citadel hits.... the guns are accurate enough in close range and his secondaries feels like they almost never miss especially effective against dd and putting them on fire randomly.... its also agile enough to feel like its actually moving when compared to most BB on the higher tiers....
there was a nerf?.... i never even felt it... after all these years that i bought it and i just left the game after a few weeks using it..... and then came back to the game, it feels much easier to use massa now compared to previously... i was shocked it got removed from the shop when i came back to the game and i missed the december b variant sale of it...
The enemy CV missed out on so many perma fires, its crazy. I can see why instantly putting out single fires can still work if players just dont pay attention to it lol. Nice game! Ive respecced my Massa yesterday and went for the classic tank build but with Vigilance and Incoming Fire Alert for BOS, it works better for me
Def one of my favorite ships as well. Probably played it more than any other.

This is probably the one of the best premiums they've put out, its pretty balanced and since its a South Dakota-Class Battleship it's practically a mini Iowa.
Massachusetts....the ideal prototype for what the American battleship split line should have been.

I got the Georgia and Mass right before the update that was to remove them from the shop, I maybe have played it 5 times lol.
I had slow internet, it turned out to be my wifi causing it not my isp. Definitely worth finding out where the lag is coming from. Trying pinging your router for 15 minutes or so and see if there are any hiccups. My router is responding in under 1ms consistently now that I ran a cable to my pc. When on wifi I was at like 30ms with occasional glitches of 10 SECONDS or more due to congestion in my area.
I have tons ships in my port. Of all them… Massa is my most played and most loved. Decent guns. Good secondaries. Above average AA and…. Very manuverable for a BB. Keep her moving and changing directions and it makes her super survivable. Tanky even you could say. Wiggle her butt when shells are inbound and often you can avoid most shells. Super fast cool down on the heal and DCP. I am shocked sometimes how there is always…always a heal or DCP ready to use.
My fav ship too - sometimes dispersion trolls you, but it sure is tanky :P
Massachusetts B is all I have thanks to Black Friday, and it's been fun in the few games I've played with it.
Good video however I have never survived very long in mass. Ironically, I do quite well in my gascogne 'though.

I remember contesting a cap against a div of two Atlantas. I secondary focused one and clapped the other and just totally destroyed them quickly. Don’t think they anticipated a match going that way

Mass vs Trip is a much better comparison then the Mass vs Bis.
I’ve won almost every brawl against a Mass with my Trip, and that’s not the including the times when I couldn’t torp because I was to far away or the tubes were destroyed.
Chief among the flaws on the Massachusetts was this: if you turned both of the giant 13-inch gun turrets to shoot at an enemy on one side of the boat, the weight of the gun barrels caused the entire ship to list so severely to that side that much of the deck and many of the other guns on board would go underwater. It's worth noting that the four 13-inch guns together weighed 544,000 pounds.
I love my Massachusetts. But I'm frustrated at its main accuracy. I rarely get citadels in it. Not compared to other US BBs. N. Carolina is a CIT beast. But real question. Massachusetts, N. Carolina, Constellation...all have same secondaries, same quantity. So why are the reloads and ranges different? It makes no sense to me.

I love my mass I have a 1.50 kill ratio In random battles. I have both of them. Accuracy may look bad sometimes but the shells do good dmg kind of like the German bbs . One of my best ships to use for credits. Efin WG ruined the secondaries, I would love to sue them In court,for selling stuff and nerfing that ship after you have It. And now they have ships with way better secondaries now. WG can go to hell or at least fix my two ships I payed cash with..
Because they're all different ships. North Carolina is, well, a North Carolina class, Massachusetts is a South Dakota class, and Constellation is the proposed battlecruiser class that Lexington was originally supposed to be.

The secondary stats are different among the T8 and up US BBs because Wargaming made them that way. Yes, IRL they were the same guns with the same capabilities, but Wargaming programs different ships to perform differently, and they made Massachusetts to be a secondary ship, pumping up the range and accuracy of her secondaries, especially when you build into them, while nerfing the range and accuracy of her main battery. Also, her damage con and heal were pumped up since a secondary ship will be taking more damage. If you go on the basis of real life, Alabama and Massachusetts should be twins since they are of the same class, but they are actually quite different in-game because of the devs playing with the ships' capabilities.

Is Massachusetts is same as north Carolina BB?
No, NC is a NC class bb Massa is a South Dakota class bb. NC is the pedecessor of the SD.
North Carolina was the 1st of the modern Battleships and Washington is the sister of that class which had nighttime radar and something that Japan did not have at the time as why they kept close to home later in the War, it was best AA screens for our CV's we had at the time as it lite sky's up to point they thought it was on fire just from the AA it had , has 15 Battle Stars and most of any of our WWII Battleships.
How does it compare to Alabama? I tried to compare them, but it seems Massa is better all-round, no?

As for accuracy, not many ships will have as trolly dispersion as the Massa, something it just flings rounds all over the place even at closer ranges.

How does it compare to the NC? I know NC is supposed to be good, but I hate it passionately, thats why I held back on getting the Massa on BF. Cant stand the low velocity high range guns, cant hit shit with it. US BBs just arent for me I guess.
Get N. Carolina now! I went heavy BB line for Vermont first. Now, I just got the N. Carolina and i swear everything i shoot at is CIT city. 1 plus on everything. It's so accurate its ridiculous. I also bought the Mass for that brawl style secondaries. Its probably my favorite ship but the amount of CITs i dont get is a real problem. Seems every salvo 50% miss and I get next to nothing. But it will absolutely tank like this video significantly more than you think it would. I wish the 2nds did a little more damage though.
