The Tabernacle choir is one of the best musical instruments in the world. Precise diction, superb voices, wonderful balance and the expression of unbounded joy!
As a Metso Soprano who sadly has just lost my singing voice this wonderful singing just uplifted me no end. Tku to the amazing choir , Conductor, musicians and Sandi Patti with her exquisite voice...absolutely wonderful 👏 ❤
People have literally come from all around the world to hear this choir., Especially at Christmas!
I wonder what it would of been like back in the 1800s if they would have had this technology back then, even have other nations listen to it this beautiful program. The Tabernacle Choir has always been able to share a beautiful Christmas concert and message that Christ the Lord, was born and should be remembered every year. You feel the spirit of the Lord when you're at Temple Square during Christmas🙏😊
It left me breathless! What else can be added, no choir in the world can even stand comparison! Now, this is heavenly music, thank God we are privileged to listen to them!
Wow! What surprise! The story of the soldier from WW II that Lloyd Newell used was my father. He died in 1981. What a shock to hear his story in the middle of a Christmas concert. Wish we had known ahead of time, we would have tried to attend the live concert. Thanks to whoever selected his story. It was a thrill!!

This is the only rendition of Carol of the Bells that I can tolerate. It is exquitsite & the ringers make it so beautiful.

This is the single best arrangement of my favorite hymn. When she sings “Chains shall He break for the slave is my brother and in His name all oppression shall cease...” is so powerful, as it should be. It is up there with Amazing Grace as an anthem.
Oh, how would it feel to open your mouth and have sounds like this come out? Sandi Patty's voice is so beautiful, especially as she sings "O Holy Night" for us. Thank you to her and to all who added their talents to this program!

I had never heard Patti sing in all these years, so it was very interesting to hear her interpretations. Classic vocal structure, lovely tone, so I don't understand why she is always associated with just Gospel music, which is not all that demanding to sing.

The (Mormon) Tabernacle Choir's rousing rendition of "Joy To The World" is noteworthy for including verses that are rarely heard in live performances or on recordings.
Another year has passed, and we are back, the time I particularly like ... And remember this song my mother sang with us every year. Holy Night, it stirs my emotionality, knowing that someone loved me so much that he left eternity for me. And gave me the privilege of living with him one day. The eternal day ...
Be aware that this is a whole Christmas program, NOT just O Holy Night alone. If you are here just for O Holy Night, it starts at 22:00. But I recommend listening to the whole show, great Christmas choir music, with outstanding solo performances and great orchestra! Very uplifting Christmas show!

I have loved Sandi Patty's arrangement of O Holy Night for years and years. To hear her sing it with the choir is amazing and breath taking to me. I would love to have her back to do a Christmas Concert with all her arrangements. This was beautiful! Left me wanting more.
The 1st time that I ever heard her perform this arrangement of O HOLY NIGHT was on a Hallmark Christmas CD featuring Ms Patty and her HEAVENLY, ANGELIC VOCAL INSTRUMENT. I still own that CD and it gets played throughout the year...I just can't reserve that work of Art for the Holidays. I Love this visual performance.

The best choir in the world. How beautiful!
One of the things that amazes me about this is how hard it is to keep the timing of all the musicians and singers when they're so far apart, yet how astoundingly precise they are. I've found it difficult in my choir when there was half the distance between the chorus and orchestra that there is in this production and less than half the number of singers. What an accomplishment!
I am so impressed with their direction, presentation and show. The production is bigger and better than most Hollywood shows.

I love christmas the most when It comes to holidays, and O Holy Night is definitely my most favorite Christmas Carol. This whole video really put a great big smile on my face. I am very grateful for our Lord, and what he has done for us, and given us the ability to follow him in his ways, Merry Christmas to all, and I love you.
