Normally, I wake up early around 3/4:00 am, head downstairs pray/to get into God's presence where there is calming of my mind, changing of my heart & true love atmosphere just hanging out w/my Lord Jesus. The morning of FATHER's Day, I awakened as usual got in prayer & begun working on GTM ministry video clip to be released for the day...I enjoy going forth staging the set up & decorating the scene preparing for the mission service that God blesses us to release. We're not high fluting type people, we're just plain jane type presenting in simplicity the things of God
for HIS GLORY.
Anyway, God gave me a joyful peace to go throughout the day. Rev Mel woke up around 8:00 am
& totally surprised me already dressed & ready to go out to church. I knew I had to get moving because no way was, I going to let him outdo me. Normally, I'm almost dragging him, nagging him
to get out of that bed. 😁 Praise God! It was a great morning of us working together making sure that we had done all we needed to prior to exiting our home heading out to morning church service.
We attended 11:00 am church service at the Northern Lights Chapel on Ft Wainwright Army Base, where we've been attending for two weeks now. The praise & worship was very good so touching that at times brought tears to my eyes. Prior to Chaplain Dave coming forth w/the rhema Word of God (Roman 6:1-14, Ephesians c6, etc.) addressing the FATHERS & charging them to desire the higher calling of not only being the head of their households but to be loving, kind & always making sure that the family is flowing in the direction of God's leading; the order of the service flowed as a
piano song played in prefect legato style & w/good timing & temp. Aleluya! It's been wonderful to
be in & know that we're where God would have us be for now. Just love how God orchestrates!
In moving on, after service ended, we fellowshipped w/ the chaplain & church family, enjoyed a
beverage & small snack w/them. Afterward, we started out to go & visit w/one of our widowed
seniors in North Pole & before we knew it, we were actually discussing taking valuable time out
to celebrate our first FATHER's Day together for as long as we been married. Long story making
it short, prior to seeing our senior, we took a dash out to Taco King. Truly, over the many years that
have passed in our lives, Rev Mel & I have never celebrated by dining out together in romantic setting on FATHER's Day. We never saw this day coming for, every year we have involved ourselves w/assisting others & being a part of God's plan being family, bringing peace, joy, & comfort to them. Today we reason & say that "All for the glory, honor & praise to GOD, it's all been worth it!" Aleluya!

We really enjoyed ourselves being together like old times during our courting season, before
marriage, before children, & everything that came later. We were always good together & as the
years passed; we came to understand that GOD knew exactly what HE was doing joining us together even though we didn't. It took us some time to truly get it/knowing what GOD's plan is for
us but Glory Aleluya, we finally got it. To top all off, a woman came to our table & took a pic of us.
