=>
bring A to Bの構文で「AをBに連れて行く」と解釈することができます。
Aに対応するのが「us」であり、Bに対応するのが「a return to more normal times」です。Bの後ろに「more」に対応する「than now」が省略されたと考える事ができます。
B部分を直訳すると、「今よりもっと日常への復帰」となります。
全体を直訳すると、「私達を今よりもっと日常へ復帰するように近づけて行く」となります。
更に説明すると、「コロナウイルスせいで、日常の生活がこれ以上出来ない私達を、今よりもっと日常への復帰が近づくように、多くの人々が努力している」の意味になります。
