That’s exactly what happened to me. I was shut down, and it took me decades to overcome my fear of being myself for speaking, myself and my truth and now finally my throat chakra is opened.
Elise thank you for sharing this tidbit of info on yourself I had a similar thing happen to me I couldn’t talk I couldn’t feel it took quite a long time for me to figure things out and I had to do a lot of self help books at times I am like a jack n a box I can pop out other times I am quite I was moved how you said your throat chakra was opened I wish I could be more open consistently but I pull back in when I am overloaded with feeling
I am more mighty with a pen than with voice I admire that you were able to rise up in your voice

I so often hear colleague's in the schools say that it is inappropriate and emotionally disregulating to have students practice these three steps. Sadly, they seem empty and hollow. It was the core teaching of my mother.
As the saying goes, when the student is ready, the master appears. I have been trying to learn this my whole life and haven't been able to get my head around it until now. Thank you for this timely lesson.

I’ve been a teacher for special needs children, and wife to a veteran, grandaughter of preachers, teachers, artists musicians professors- was one myself, for a time-
Have studied history religion art, psychology and child development, emotional disturbance and Braille, cane travel, and care for a younger brother- my biggest job has been my job as wife and mother. Always searching to define purpose, needs, the best i and we, should do.

Now i know why i got cancer, God didn't want to hurt me, He just wanted my attention. I am almost fully recovered, not just because of the herbs and tinctures I started taking or even all the many prayers, but when i got out of myself and noticed others. The hospice nurses who laughed with me and cried with me and cared for me were like another family. We are meant to be open to love and we are all connected to a higher power that loves us, It blows my mind that He loves us so much that He let His beloved son suffer and ascend that cross for us. Amen

And it always be the ego who's expecting one different -then big I can know and give.
Then I am fine but ,someone who's disappointed will feel that - I is egoistic.
Other thing is the karma of the awakend soul and what I mean is (as your's karma-they are unusual and big,hard to accomplish)

When I make donations to your organization, I do so because these videos of yours are helping me, and I suspect you'll use the money better than I would anyways. I feel like these videos are the compensation, so, I owe you that money, you don't owe me anything. I always feel guilty when places ask for donations and I say no but it's only because I don't know where that money is going or if it'll actually be used for the purposes they say it's for. When I get the feeling that I am connecting with my soul - becoming more meditative and spiritual; then I tend to start wanting to flaunt and be admired for my spiritual superiority. It's rather pathetic. So I guess the lesson here is to focus beyond toward my meaningful mission.

Did the whole perform to shut friends down to spend a coupl of years in resignation and despair to notice myself performing again and stopped rather quickly. The search for a functional set of values/belief system and community continues.
Do you feel that people in Jewish communities are more in touch with their souls than say their secular equivalents or does Dogma, rote ritual and peer pressure of the close knit community too strong?
Many watching this experiencing spiritual void are blind to some of the end points, but I suppose it's in the journey that one learns.

I been having issues as late. Anxiety issues and just a bit confused with everything. Abrahamic religions are all embedded in ancient Kemet and I'm wondering if I went too far into the "rabbit hole." If you take your time researching this, it will all makes sense. Once you come across this knowledge you can be targeted by the evil forces if you don't come from a peaceful or Ma'at perspective.
