knowing about the splatfest results, i believe this had helped team chaos a lot in the end and i'm proud i could prove my value in this important event.

i was surprised and relieved that this actually wasnt another special spamming sploosh!
i think back then, special spam wasn't really a thing...
but im not into that anyway, i mostly play neo sploosh for the beakons tbh.
i know im like 4 years late but i could tell how much you were panicking when you were spamming buttons 😭😭
haha yeah absolutely! final fest was the most intense event in all of splatoon, especially the super rare 100x matches. (i was soo scared to lose haha)
...and we didn't even know how high the actual stakes were back then and that the result would decide upon the next game's theme!
I actually once randomly joined a 100x battle and I won it! :D
it's always random i guess... but winning these feels soo good!

you probably just refer to the result screen in the end, but i find it nice that people seem to develop an understanding for the game over the time since this series popped into existence.
because in the beginning years it felt like nobody had a clue about anything, but now i hear stuff like your comment pointing at more than just the bare surface.

Its such a shame i missed the finalfest because i didnt a have a switch at the time and i wasnt into the splatoon franchise when it first started in 2015. I did get a switch on Christmas 2019 along with splatoon 2. I did play those encores in 2020 and 2021 when covid was around. Hopefully splatoon 3s finalfest will be just as big as splatoon 2s finale and i have a feeling it will be. Whenever splatoon 3s finalfest happens i will be joining in for sure.
it's so worth the experience. i can assure you each final fest was really special in both splatoon 1 and 2, so i have no doubt that 3 will be the same.

Same here, except I got my switch in 2021, and Splatoon 2 about 4 months after that.

SPLATOON 2 splatfests we're sm better tbh
it's just because the 3-way themes cannot bring the same intensity as 2 opposing sides can.
i hope they go back to the 2 side formula in the next game.
Listen, I love the concept of 3 way splatfests, but you right. Nothing ever beats the intensity of two sides going against each other and praying that they will win.
@@MultiCatRain maybe splatoon 4 will have 2v2 which is kinda the same as 2 sides but we gotta see what they do...
I remember playing splatoon 1 and I got to Callie champion 97/99 because my cousin said if you don't play like just dance am going to tell your mom

to be honest, both order and chaos are represented in nature so it's not as easy to put one over the other in general.
i hope the finalfest in splatoon 3 will be as balanced as this was.

I wonder what would have happened if order won
i think they would have made Splatoon 3 play in a futuristic city or something and the theme would be more about calculatable things in nature, like how DNA always grows in a certain way or every squid has 10 limbs etc... the mathematical and ordered aspect of nature, instead of the chaotic aspect that we got now.
and the side order DLC would be side chaos DLC or whatever, but i think it's probably for the better that we got the main game to be themed after chaos imo.
i hope we get a good theme for the final fest in Splatoon 3...
@@MazzinYT A good idea for the chaos DLC would be a DLC named: "Chaos Reigns!" Where agent 8 would wake up in a black dress, in a world with flames and red sky, 8 meets Marina and they both go to the foyer, where they'll find some devil-like creatures that are worse than the jelletons. Marina gives 8 a brella by hacking, then, they open the elevator and, instead of Acht, it should be like Marina's buddy from Takotsubo Heartbeat. The elevator will have originally 10 floors going down, you'll fight a boss called "Pearl Distruttrice", which is Pearl dancing in a stage filled with gold ink, this Pearl has a Controller and Chaos suit. The rest is like side order just that Chaos is the Antagonist
