Our world is not *turning* into the Hunger Games. Suzanne Collins wrote these books with this absurd world, with the intention of showing the readers that those structures exist aswell in our world. We are and were the blueprint of the hunger games. It's a metaphor and her try to get us to reflect on our own ways in this world. I am glad that you all now understand the point of the book, but also quite concerned because it was obvious as hell to begin with.

Effys outfits were stylish and the fact she toned them down . In the finale movie , says a lot about her character. She grew and found her style . Nothing wrong with be fashionable.
