- This is a full ship tour of Emerald Destiny, an Emerald Waterways river cruise ship that I sailed on the "Legends of the Moselle, Rhine and Main" itinerary. The ship is a sleek vessel with a lot of comfortable spaces. I particularly liked the Sun Deck and large pool area. This video includes an Emerald Destiny cabin tour of No. 204.

Great video,very in depth. What European emerald river cruise would you recommend. Is there any other river cruise line you would recommend?
Thanks so much. The Danube is so spectacular, with the wonderful capital cities you visit. I also suggest itineraries that include the Moselle River. It's an underated and beautiful part of the world.

I have booked one of the two single cabins on deck one. It is for a chartered LGBT Christmas Market cruise in December 2023. What are your thoughts about doing a single supplement? Based on the Emerald website, the single stateroom is 117 sf, and the next size stateroom is 162sf, so about 38% larger -- but still on deck one without the wide windows. The pricing for the charter seems to be comparable to the pricing on Emerald. Thanks.

Have a wonderful voyage. I know you can sometimes find a deal on the supplement where you have to only pay 50 or 75 percent. It's nice that they offer a single stateroom. That would be enough for me especially if it gives you some relief of the overall costs.
How loud do you think that last cabin next to the door to the pool would be?
Not too loud. The soundproofing is really good.
