I found the wardrobes to be fine when I visited Rwanda last summer, but I think two sinks in the master bathroom would be a great addition. I know that it is a western or American thing but it really does make the master bathroom more comfortable for a couple.

Applauding the decision and execution. This is a magnificent transformation. Some interior details still needs work for example the kitchen. Modern kitchen designs are more expansive , blend into the living area space , include neutral cabinets colors and more premium materials. Also the pool area execution doesn’t really work well in this case .
But all in all great transformation . This is definition the right track

I personally would not have used the upper level prime real estate for a gym. There are a few other areas of design that I would have done differently but can't be conclusive unless I have a full floor plan, i.e. choice for pool location, etc...I am also bearing in mind that there could have been other structural barriers such as the location of septic tanks that can hinder the overall design choices. I would like to connect when in town in a couple of weeks. Great job overall, keep it up!
