Uganda, Congo and Tanzania are the richest countries in East Africa but Tanzania is developing because of good leadership. For Uganda the leadership has been bad for 38 years. And for Congo, the neighboring countries especially Rwanda have destabilized it in order to still their minerals that's why the development of Congo has been hindered. Congo is on of the richest countries in the world in terms of resources but from the time Kabila became a president its resources have been stolen. Kabila was helped partly by the RPF to overthrow Mobutu and since then Rwanda never left Congo's mineral alone.
