Get a better job: Power Verbs for Resume Writing

- Need to find a job? Writing a resume? Then you need to know about power verbs. These verbs will improve your resume and make you appear more professional. In this lesson, You will learn what power verbs are and how we use them in resumes. You will also see many examples of common power verbs, and I'll give you some of my best tips on resume writing in general. I will also teach you about weaker verbs like "did" and "make", which should often be avoided on resumes. After watching this video, you can take my quiz on power verbs and check out our helpful power verb resource page, which lists many common power verbs for different jobs. I am not trying to get a job but she is better than any other English teacher I've met. I had been having problems with pronunciation because I am Korean. But I feel like If I study English with her. I will probably be able to improve my English skills really fast.

We would like more of those videos in the future as job competition is getting tougher and some resume workshop is getting extortionately expensive especially for graduate and in the aviation industry . I wish engvid will give us more videos about resume tips, how to communicate during assessment centre , what to say in group exercise and ice breaker activities , and mastering one on one interview and panel interview especially answering tough questions like what is your weakness and also tricky interview questions. I have been reading a lot of books about cv and interview but still I haven't got any grasp about it and not yet confident about it
