Couple tips from my personal time (many, many hours) spent on Assurance a.k.a. "ass"!
1) It seems that worms are attracted to running (and maybe walking to a lesser degree). I will always crouch the whole way if I have the time!
2) When making that jump off the ship right at the start, you ARE supposed to take damage. The damage it what allows your stamina to replenish and get you inside the facility within 13 seconds!

these tips are ass unfortunately (no pun intended).
1) The worm sees you either way and when you crouch you can't run away from it.
2) He doesn't do this jump because he wants to have full health playing solo.

Tip for anyone doing stormy weather: Place any keys or low metallic scrap outside (3-4) next to the ship spaced apart. This will absorb 90% of the lightning strikes making it faster and safer to bring loot back.

the amount of times i have went to titan and went balls deep for a whoopie cushion is what bugs me about the map the most.
i was doing a duo run and out of 5 titan runs one time we got 3 manor spawns. went rend and got facility.

I didn't like mansions at first, because they don't like have any sealed doors, basically no stuff to do from the ship, but then i realized that lack of stupid jumps and same-looking labyrinths make up for it with a huge margin on top. So i prefer going rend every single time now. Rend itself also has a lot of horror elements you know, first it creates suspense by being pretty empty on enemies then you get jumped on by 3 coilheads and 2 nutcrackers at once and your only objective is now to survive, well balanced map with a nice pace.
When i started the game i was literally scared of Mansion it has such a creepy vibe,but in my experience its much easier to loot usually,especially with 4 or more people
Can we just talk about how much of an improvement this dude has made with his content lately? The editing has been phenomenal and hilarious frankly. The thumbnails are gorgeous, look like they got ray traced. Seriously phenomenal work
i like the facility because it gives the monitor guy something to do, mansion only has a use to disable turrets

:) I def like the mansion better, there are more monsters but its a little easier to navigate and no parkour
For the worm just walk and stop sometimes, when there's the particles run in a straight line, easy as that, dodged it with 60 lb
I believe that the worm tries to assume where you’re going to be when it first makes its attacking noise. You can easily counter this by simply sprinting in the opposite direction that you were moving in before.😊

Mansion facility is better for me because I dont get lost as easy since I can remember small things like where tables were and if the room has lights or not so I can find my way out if I go deep, also here's your smiley :)
I think for titan just turn up spawnrates inside a little bit. but make it way smaller of a map. since it spawns on average like 2000 - 3000 scrap per day. but the map is so big its too spread out to find most of it. then it'd be worth going to
I prefer playing the facility because of mainly two reasons: Being able to seal doors to help when you are back on the ship, and the "FacilityMeltdown" mod. Basically this mod affects the apparatus. When you take the apparatus out, everything starts to explode, sirens start playing as also the music that me and my friends added ourselves. All the monsters come out of the vents the moment you take the apparatus out. And running to the exit, evading tons of monsters, while the Everlong song is blasting on full volume is just insane. And aside from everything, there is a 2 minute countdown do get back to the ship or else...
This is like the best mod I've seen so far and it's the main reason I prefer playing facility.
For the mansion, I like that sometimes it has very crazy and unlogical room connections, creating a mess and strange labyrinth. And the better moster variety is nice :)

The Fact assurance is a worm moon is so tragic, still a real good moon but I hate worms like they literally can just insant kill you sometimes, 100% worse than giants. Even if you get unlucky with a giant spawn grabbing you if you're prepared for giants you can be saved in a lotta ways.
Also, I'm split on mansion vs interior, I've heard and does generally seem to be the case loot is more distributed on masions cuz its in the hallways more which is good since can still get decent amount even if you can't find the loot rooms - but on the downside there's no apparatus for an extra 80 and you can't see through the doors to see if it's got nothing behind. The Fact there's no jumps or steam on masions is kinda big though, so overall probably mansions. Like most jumps are easily doable but when you're jumping across like 5 times to ferry over heavy inventories or dealing w a monster or steam at the same time they become a lot more threatenening, and if you fall that's bye to your loot.

I DEFINITELY prefer facility maps to mansions. Facilities just feel like the loot is much more compact rather than all spread out, and its way easier to find the way back.😀

i don’t rly like the mansions. it feels like harder monsters spawn more often in them. it’s just personal experience but i rarely make it out alive in them. one time i was playing with a friend and he was back in the ship. i ran into FOUR coilheads, TWO nutcrackers, and a ghost girl. luckily my friend is competent and teleported me out. never again. i stick to titan and ass now
