    Love the bloopers at the end lol. Don’t know if you know the answer - but could you roll freshly made dough before it has its chill time? Or would that mess with combination of ingredients?
    Other non related questions - is that a dehydrator in the background? And are you using a wine bottle holder for your icing bags!?! Love it! ❤

      That’s the BEST time to roll it. Can’t really roll it chilled.
      Yes! Dehydrator and wine bottle holder. Exactly right!

    I wish you would do a demo with pasta. I would like to see how that comes out. How about running your dough thru with plastic wrap?

      I have a short clip of my husband using it for pasta. It worked great!
      Not sure how slick plastic wrap would make it, but I could try! I just don’t love using it. Love the pre-cut parchment sheets. I have seen people run it through with just one piece of parchment on the bottom…

      @@my.two.cookies thanks. How can I see the pasta video using the sheeter?

    Wonderful video! I’d also like to thank you for wearing gloves while you are holding the dough! I see a lot of people touching food with their bare hands! Gross! You’re awesome!

      You don’t touch your own food without gloves? I’m pretty sure she wore gloves because those cookies would be sold.

    Are the layers thin? Because I need to use it for baklava

      You can adjust to many different thicknesses. Not sure what the measurements are. You could ask the company. They were so good at answering my questions quickly.

    You mentioned in the video you roll to 3/8". Can you tell me what setting that would be on the dough sheeter? Thank you

    • @my.two.cookies

      The fourth hole from the top.

      Thanks! I just started playing with my new sheeter today. I use the 5/16 cookie countess rolling pin. My sweet spot is the 6th hole 😊

    does this work with shortbread cookies dough? (butter, flour and starch recipe)

    • @my.two.cookies
      @my.two.cookies  Před 2 měsíci

      It should! I’ve used it for marzipan and roll out cookies. I’ll use it for fondant, cinnamon rolls, etc sometime too

    It seems really slow, can it be run faster?

    • @my.two.cookies
      @my.two.cookies  Před 11 měsíci

      It’s the parchment that makes it slow. You can do it fast with fobdant etc, and when you flour it.

    What brand is the dough shelter and what's the cost

    Did you have to pay any customs fees, etc.?

    If it works with only this long sheet of dough, then it's only a waste of money. A rolling pin can do this earlier.

      I think there’s only one size - width-wise. The thickness is adjustable. Click on the link in the description to check it out.
