0:47 his old advice was to not wear tank tops (wife beaters) because they provide no protection from sweat and they were not good as under shirts, he said to get a shirt that matches your skin and covers your upper body.

skin care (i have almost perfect skin with a little acne because teenage), outfits (i just realised how to wear old ones and still look aesthetic), and my hair (got a better haircut)
i got a necklace (just turned my religious locket's string to a silver chain, helped with both itchy neck and looks)
and adding better frames (i already had glasses)
Bro, where do you live? Pretty much any gym in the us allows 16 year olds. If u aren’t in the us, good luck finding something but remember, some of the leanest athletes are calisthenics athletes that use very little to no equipment. You can do a lot at home. Keep crushing king 🔥
