Meet the 2022 World Coffee Roasting Champion Felix Teiretzbacher

Coffee Roasting is a crucial step in the process of making coffee this enjoyable liquid we all love to drink so much! It is almost like an art form, where the roaster can give the coffee a unique taste, through his/her unique style of roasting. Every year there are World Championships taking place in Roasting Coffee.
We had the huge honor to talk with the newly crowned World Coffee Roasting Champion Felix Teiretzbacher from Felix Kaffee. He just won the World Championship in Milan this June.
He tells us the story of how he started his coffee roasting journey with a popcorn machine, made a business out of it and of course how he became the World Champion.
