What if it is the same spark plug but different brand would it still work

Hi @dog_hunting, there are several different brands of spark plugs. Remove the old spark plug from your snow blower and bring it to your local Ace. The staff will be able to help you find the correct plug for your snow blower.

Does one need to set the gap, or are they preset?

Hi There - For the most part the gaps are preset unless it appears to be smashed you are good to go. Hope this helps!
