And Trump can't just send in federal law enforcement, unless Federal property is under threat. If it's not under federal jurisdiction, the state has to request help; exceptions being like these automous zones, where the leaders of the city clearly are neglecting the safety of their people. Even then, only the local law enforcement has general jurisdiction, and needs to put in requests.

And Trump can't just send in federal law enforcement, unless Federal property is under threat. If it's not under federal jurisdiction, the state has to request help; exceptions being like these automous zones, where the leaders of the city clearly are neglecting the safety of their people. Even then, only the local law enforcement has general jurisdiction, and needs to put in requests.

I watched the whole thing yesterday, that was basically three plus hours of what I watched.
