Put them outside and let them sit in the the snow or on a very cold day. If you don’t live where it gets cold, put them in a bag, place in the freezer. Let them sit for as long as possible. Remove them and let them warm up. No one wants to put freezing shoes on, or maybe you do. 🧐 It works great
I just want a legit hack for actual smelly shoes. Not some that are just a little stinky, I need something simple and strong enough to teach my dad so he doesn't live with the smell. 😂
@@j.aravena2158 most of it, If your shoes are real stinky and have been like that for months/years I would wash them first. you can hand wash them or throw them in the washer then once they’re dry, they might still be stinky but try to at least reduce the smell by 50% first by washing. Then spray them with lysol at the end of the night when you’re no longer wearing them. Let them air dry outside overnight or in front of a fan. Spray them everyday at the end of the night(inside of the shoes too!!) Also you should try rubbing tea tree oil on your feet after the shower it’ll really help the smell
Thank you for this advice. I am from a country where we all cannot afford to buy socks to wear on our feet but we can afford smart phone and we have internet. And the other day I had lentils and one grape for dinner.

She just showed us how it is used. It is great for those that have mobility issues and cannot bend over well to put on their shoes and prevents the back of the shoes from being pushed down while slipping your foot into the shoes. You don't see them as much these days though.

Sadly, baby powder causes serious health issues if inhaled and it almost always leaves a plume of powder dust! Don’t want to see anyone suffer needlessly. 💕
That little isn't gonna do anything lol. You can also use a used baby powder container for the powder, that's what I do. My recipe is just baking soda and tea tree oil which is known to be antibacterial and antifungal.
You can also spray your shoes with rubbing alcohol. It kills the bacteria
Haha I’m gonna spray everyone’s shoes >:3

@@dibright1445 this also works for items that smell like mildew.
Tried that but not as effective
Thanks! Will try it out
i prefer to stuff a mateless sock with the powder into the shoe and let absorb the smells over night!
Bare feet inside closed shoes will result in sweating of the show liner and even having it pull out as well as smell.
I already tried this powder on my son’s basketball shoes and worked! Thank you ❤️

Do you vaccum or take the powder out after, or just leave the powder mix in your shoes??
Use doctor Bonner's perperment soap to clean feet. It's a game changer
Thank you ! I was looking for a tips about the smell
No problem!! Glad I was able to help!
That was a sick transition.🙀😼
Okey , but that transition was 10/10
I left it overnight and my shoes are still smelly 😪 I think I’ll need to wash them in the washing machine
Wearing socks will help not leave sweaty stink in your shoes!

My shoe smells only in the winter. I don't know why.
No ones talking about that sick transition though
happened to me in the cold weather I really need to fix this my friends are starting to smell 😂
Or just set them out in the sun after use with the sole pads pulled out.
How do yall have smelly shoes? Im really curious. Ive played sports at every level and have never had smelly shoes
What about crocs? I wear them with bare feet and they get so stinky! They don’t have any air holes in them.
Why the cornstarch?
Baby powder also works, and it smells great!

It works on carpets too!
So I am not the only one who wears shoes with no socks.
Deodorant on feet…..works great!!!!
Awesome! Thanks for the tip!
Good idea! Lume. Expensive!!
@@TinyLuvsBostons not really, I use the crystal deodorant, $10 and have been using it for over a year now.👍🏻

Ive tried this with my feet and ots still smells like shit and the baking soda just turns into clumps 😂
why corn starch?
To soak up the moisture
You can put your shoes in a plastic bag and stick them in the freezer too.
Will damage the leather ?
@@user-ut8gh7ww9y I've only done it with kids sneakers soooo maybe or probably not?
