  • I suggest cooking mackerel in the oven according to the recipe of the famous chef Gordon Ramsay! It turns out incredibly tasty, the fish is juicy, soft and fragrant with a crispy crust on top. Preparing is easy!

    To cook mackerel in the oven:
    Fresh frozen mackerel - 2 pcs. (4 fillets)
    Salt - 0.5 tsp
    Paprika - 1 tsp
    Garlic - 2 cloves
    Ground black pepper
    Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
    1. Cut the mackerel into fillets.
    2. Mix vegetable oil, salt, paprika, finely chopped garlic and black pepper. Spread this pasta over the fillets and leave to marinate for at least 20-30 minutes.
    3. Put the mackerel on the parchment with the skin on top. Salt lightly, sprinkle with ground pepper, bake for 10-13 minutes at the highest level of the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.
