    Totally genuine takeaway, if you follow this you will be amazed. Ps note the smoke, it will wreck your kitchen making it, and set off all your fire alarms, if it doesn’t you ain’t got it hot enough

    I think I understand now how to create that " smoky " flavour.....keep it moving and keep adding soy sauce....look how the wok is smoking.
    Going to give this a try.

    Fantastic video. The video looks more like proper home food than restaurant food.

      Thank you! MSG is Monosodium Glutamate and is basically a flavour enhancer. Use it sparingly like you would with salt! You can find it in any supermarket :D

      When people eat their Chinese takeaway they don’t understand or appreciate the effort and work that goes into each individual dish!!

    Hi what size noodles? #1 or #2?

  • @dandeveny4513
    @dandeveny4513 Před rokem +1

    What brand are the noodles? Most takeaways do not use egg noodles, but ones like lucky boat or lion brand.

    You are missing lots off ingredients lol you didn’t put no oyster sauce rice vine

      That is some weird sense of humour you have, oddball. 2 UK takeaway owners have recipes on youtube and neither use oyster sauce or rice wine.

    The onions almost raw, and the beansprouts completely overcooked....i can do better than that...just because its cooked by a Chinese chef doesn't make it great...
