  • A group of Ugandans abducted by the Myanmar rebels have finally been repatriated back home, after months of negotiations between the government of Uganda and that of Myanmar to have them released. A team of 23 arrived at Entebbe international airport were received by the permanent secretary ministry of foreign affairs. The Ugandan ambassador to Malaysia Beti Bigombe however reports that there are still Ugandans held captive in various rebel camps that have not been repatriated
