Away we ride alight! You are so correct- if we don’t want to watch a FT then don’t enter. What a hoot you are. Sometimes getting the “called for”: is not possible - especially in fabric so, I have started to venture into picking out fabrics by my own choice. Hope you get to go over the mountain safely. It is such a magnificent view ride. Glad Timberline did not have more damage. Happy times.

Good luck for a clear road to allow your journey over the mountains to Bend. Our UK weather isn't much better - low temperatures and rain/some hail. I've nearly finished knitting a chunky wool sweater every evening - intended for next winter! - to help keep me warmer than sitting stitching 😂 Only six weeks and the longest day will be past us 😮 Finally getting over September's Covid and still lacking energy but getting my mojo back at last. I wouldn't miss your chats but unlike most I don't like witches and never celebrated Halloween ☹️. The wool pear (your giveaway pattern) I embroidered with silver, copper and Goldwork is much admired especially when I tell how it was sent to you from Oz and won by me in the UK😊 As always thanks Anna.

If I’ve started. three charity quilts using the same pattern & fabrics can that just be counted as ONE? Don’t worry about notes, random thoughts are more fun. Strange weather everywhere eh? In Sydney Australia while waiting for cooler Autumn weather we had 80 degrees yesterday and only 66 degrees today. Deciding what to wear for the day can be a bit of a decision. Maybe you could use one or two threads of the darkest color of the Bigfoot figure to outline his shape so he would stand out better. Just to give him more slight definition?

I think it's appropriate on your Adventure sampler that the bigfoot blends in with the fabric because bigfoots are elusive creatures.

Did you stitch on the wrong side? I was on vacation last week, and am picking up my projects again. I have one to finish to take to the framer May 16th. I'm feeling a little sluggish, but need to pick up the pace. Happy Stitching!
