Looking forward to see what you have next. I too love that Eastwood internal frame coating. Did both the subframe and the body. All inside the rocker panels, body frame and all other enclosed panels on the underside of the body. Keep it up and do everything you can to keep that rust out as you weld and join panels together.
Cool, I did the same thing with the epoxy and eastwood internal frame spray. I ended up renting a rotisserie for 60 bucks a month, worked out well for me. Look good.
best under coating for floors and wheel arches i found is the 3M 2k sprayable sealer, it comes in plastic bags, prety expensive but i tip mine out into a bigger rinsed out and run it through a spray gun with a bigger tip, on my own cars i do the etch then 2k prime and then the 3M sealer over the entire under side of the floor and in all the arches etc, then i use the same colour 2k gloss as the body color of the car, for yours you can use black. the result is a very tough but flexible stone resistant coating and with the gloss over the top of it no dirt sticks to it and if it does its a very easy rinse off or can be blown off with the air line with matt or other finishes the dirt can stick to it easier and allow water to soak into that dirt and sit in places for along time, its good for those that are going to daily a classic or restored car who not going to wash and clean the under side often, but with you i'm thinking its going to get a full clean under neath quite often lol 3M is quite expensive option i think i used 22 bags for a 76 mecedes last time i did that but it works very well, i do have a upol raptor bedliner kit somewhere about that i want to try under the floor for a cheaper option as a test, not gotten around to that as yet,
while you are assembling the parts and floor etc don't forget to add any drain holes, often overlooked, not just for rain water / drive water but condensation can be a not so fun build up, drilling a small 1/8 hole then using a punch to widen it out in the direction of the water flow will give it a natural funnel, also stops any water entering the same hole
I have upol copper and a bunch of cans of medallion rs512 so I’m using both so as not to waste it, the copper seams to weld better and stick better tho
Going to epoxy seal my floor assembly too before installing - can’t beat easy access 👍 Looking good.

Looks like it’s hard to find, eBay is sold out, must be good stuff, 40.00 a bag US
another step forward 👍🏼
I believe SPI epoxy has UV inhibitors in it.

What areas do you suggest for the holes 🕳️?
Looks fantastic. Did you switch weld thru primers?
