E-Brake testing ??? It would've stopped in the middle of the station area.

King Auto & Xcelsior Operator It was E-brake testing because when I caught up to it at Broadway Junction, the MTA Employee told me, plus theres multiple stations on this section of the line so it didn’t necessarily have to apply the EM brakes at Gates or Halsey
