DELIVERING SAFE CLEAN DRINKING WATER TO SLUM AREAS IN THE PHILIPPINES!

Hey guys, a quick short today taking a look at how we deliver water into impoverished areas here in Surigao City.
These are called water gallons here - they are actually closer to 5 gallon containers - 18.97 liters.
In the poor slum areas they rely heavily on these deliveries as, not only in the slums, but in most of Surigao, the local water company cant produce safe clean water and many days of the year, can't even provide water due to failed infrastructures and lack of proper maintenance and since privatization of the water companies a good level of misappropriation of funding.
Anyhow, it is these young men that deliver up to 900 of these containers a day by hand to ensure as much safe purified drinking water as possible is delivered.
