It’s almost criminal how bought in I am for this “version” of the Raiders. Coach AP brings the will to win back to this organization.
Brings enthusiasm us raiders fans have been missing. Hes broight results also. We havent been aboe to say that the hype matches the progress. The defense looked wayy better after he took over and i think thats something that will translate across the whole team

Can't blame you; so am I...and I go back to 1983 when I had season seats at the LA Colosseum! But there is reason to support this 'version'...it is the first time that Mark talked to several 'right' people in the business and put together a once and for all plan. He completely overhauled the coaching staff and is alligning and supporting the team for a HUGE push to get the team into the playoffs. After that accomplishment, and with a bit of luck, AP may well be hoisting the SB Trophy in the next few months/years. We got a ways to go, but this house of bricks isn't gonna fall down with a bunch of huffing and puffing like before! (ps...the draft will be HUGE for the Raiders!)

@@darelgiltman9543 I completely agree brother after AP took over last year it was so exciting watching this team play usually I love watching offense but I was excited to see the defense on the field the turn overs we caused the violence and gritty fight we brought to that side of the ball was just electric go raiders!!!!

I love hearing Coach AP speak. He is genuine, straightforward and speaks from the heart. He's a relationship builder among other great qualities and will get players to really play for him.
Part of AP’s strategy is to talk his players up in public no matter where they stack up on the totem pole, opposite of a lot of the negative undertones that we have seen take place in the last decade or so between coaches to player vice versa. Hopefully the trend continues, he knows what he’s doing…Now we’ll all benefit the Nation as well as the organization. Refreshing…

Don't stress over it. As Dwight Smith, Super Bowl champion, once said, "It doesn't matter who's on the field. The game is decided off the field." In other words, the NFL is rigged. It's sports entertainment like WWE. Yeah, you can talk about it as if it's real (I do), but when you start getting stressed, just remember that the NFL knows who the Super Bowl champion will be before the season even starts. It doesn't matter who's playing at QB. The last QB picked in the draft was playing in the Super Bowl. It doesn't matter who's on the field.

AP just reminds me of all the die hard Raider fans I have met throughout my life especially in California and Nevada. This guy talks just like us and is very realistic on how us fans view the Raiders and what should be done to help the organization thrive. I'm glad they got this man in charge and that they have a culture brewing so that others who come in will feel that and buy into what a Raider really means
