Folk has a future.
This is stark and wonderful. The singing and the instrumentation create one of the most chilling ballads I've heard in a long long time.
so very beautifullly sung
Stunning voice
Joanne Stewart fuck up
gotta see this guy live !
shivers
Whaaaaa bravo !!! Excellent ! Thanks a lot.
The stand out track of the standout concert of 2017 for me!
I got to see Cathy Jordan, Jarlath Henderson, and Mick Daly perform this song at the Clifden Arts Festival in 2017. This song left me spellbound with goosebumps. So haunting and magical. I bought the album at the end of the concert.
Very good 😮
Just heard him "by accident" for the first time on You Tube. For me a great new sound.
Love this song and rendition. In the tradition of the great Dick Gaughan perhaps, from this outsider's point of view. The difference between folk and country music?
Not not bad scubby 😊
