Never a malfunction when people loose money on their slots
so true its working nice and efficiently when you're losing but gremlin's in the system if you're winning
Thats true
@@JohnSmith-ix5gx She didn't win.
TheBarkinFrog your an idiot
*you’re
They should've given her the 20k
Kemal P. Exactly! Like... 💀
Why her screen didnt even have the jackpot combination on it.
Okay. The machine broke. But it said $8 million. They should've just gave her the 20,000 bucks then if she got it that high and 20 thousand was the damn limit! :(
I agree, plus if 20,000 is the Highest amount you can win on that machine, it should be written in Visible sight on that machine so people know.
Axel Smith The machine didn’t malfunction tho, probably an excuse so they don’t have to pay her
Hikxri_
It did malfunction, there is no eight million dollar jackpot on nickel slots.
Thats the truth
Plushie Jamaa fo military
Sue them. Get some type of payment. And they should pay her legal fees.
Ms. Trish you know it
Just about all casinos have a disclaimer somewhwere on the machine that says machine malfunction voids all cash prizes earned that protects them from any legal action.
Brice Lewis l
You can't sue for malfunction. It's her fault for gambling her money away.
if she took a pick of it showing that it showed $8+ million, that's her evidence. do u have any idea how many times glitches or human errors have lead to $millions of losses. check youtube and u'll find videos out there of where companies have made mistakes leading to more than a million in losses. i don't see why something like this shouldn't be the same thing
I find this saspious if it has a max jackpot of 20,000 dollars than how is it possible for the masheen to display a jackpot of over 5 digits?
is 7 over 5? if so, there was nothing wrong with what he said.
Brennan Perry You could theoretically have more than $20000 on the credit meter. Maybe you have a crazy lucky night when you win 100 $1000 spins, and not get taxed. As long as a win is $1199.00 and lower, it will be put on the credit meter, and not taxed. $20000 indicates the largest winning combo that can be won. But if you hit it, the machine would lock up and require a hand pay so taxes get taken out, and SSN given to uncle Sam.
because it is a malfunction?
rong zhao You don't understand, the machine must've been programmed by someone to even be able to make the 7 digits.
masheen.
CASINO SCAM!!!! Investigation by gaming commission needed!!!
The channel gaming commission would agree with the casino to keep them in business if their no casinos where would a gaming commission work at
Every slot machine (in Nevada) has a note: malfunction voids all pays. When the machine shorts, you cannot pay it out. I have seen payouts of 1.8 million, 2.8 million, and knew a lady that hit 9 million. Worked in the business for 30 years. Those payouts do happen, but not when a machine has no matching symbols, like in this example.
After working with pretty similar arcade machines for a few years, there's definitely no way this just "malfunctioned." I bet they just didn't set the payout cap so she won 8.5 million since that's what she hit. I've never seen games that "malfunction" like this when giving out the payout outside of Casinos. She had to have won somehow that gave her that much so they should at least pay her the 20,000 cap.
She didnt sue either if u know u in the right u would sue she even reach out to lawyers and noone took the case and she didnt show how much was the jackpot if u think about it not that many slots u could win 8mil especially not on a 5 cent machine lol
Guess when you hit a big jackpot it's called Machine malfunction...how convenient for the casinos.
funny I have never heard about a story when someone looses hundreds of thousands and the casino consider that as mistake and pays the gambler back :))
Yea, I put a quarter in a machine one time and it said I lost hundreds of thousands, and I had to pay it.
So how can you tell the machine wasn't malfunctioning when people lost on it???
Wow thinking u won $8.5 million but only walk away with $80.35! That would be a horrible feeling!!! And I wonder if the machine wasn't working correctly where did they get that $80.35 amount from if the screen was showing $8.5 million?? Odd...
AND did they give her back all the money she put into the machine.
Reio Lance
What a downer
Well at least she got something NO. THIS IS SO UNFAIR. NO. JUST NO. WHY NOT 20 000$ IF THAT'S THE MAXIMUM?
true well said
Saktuscactus the world is full of greed. The rich controls everything. This world is hopeless
Because she didn't win a jackpot. She won $80. The machine malfunctioned when it posted her credits and gave her $8 million. It would be like going to the bank to deposit your $800 paycheck and the teller accidentally posting $8 million. The bank won't let you keep it, and nether will the casino.
This is what they do when the casino doesn't have can't pay the full amount... they claim it's a malfunction. grimy business.
No they don't. And she posted a picture of the machine. She did not win.
That's machine have to pay out 20,000 ..after it's makes it money...the casino was holding it's jackpots on that machine scaming players..the technician probably didn't adjust the computer back to scam mode..and the computer paid culminating jackpots on one spend to make up for the scam.
lol i got a casino ad before watching this
If it was broken then they should have put a sign up
they gave her 80 bucks...usually the casino just takes money
I think most of us would have no problem with it if the casino did the reasonable thing by paying out $20,000.
The machines don't malfunction like that as I've known many people who've gone to casino's they just didn't want to give away that much Money to anyone
This slot machine only pays out 100k so yes it made a mistake u can look it up and see she didnt win
Take them to court
Sue them ffs.
Me: *Wins 1 dollar*
Staff: LOL okay here's 1 dollar
Me: *Wins 8 million dollars*
Staff: THE MSCHINE IS RIGGED GTFO
I can understand them not paying if the slot machine says max payout of $20,000......They should pay her that $20,000 to be fair....
so does the casino give us back our money when the machine malfunctions and takes our money too
Heroes Never Die yooo thanks for bringing that up. If a slot machine makes me win over the limit and they give me nothing. I would say “so it’s been malfunctioning for awhile now huh, so it’s been taking people’s money. We should sue you nvm”
If 20K was the limit wouldnt the machine max out at 5 digits?
no they should give her 8m.its not her problem, she won.they should fix that
But is says "Malfunction Voids All Pays"
They did that because they didn't have the money!
This is clearly a scam, in a casino the house always wins
They only say the machine is broken because they don’t have enough money to pay them
its weird this has happen too often.something needs to be done.
If it did "malfunction" as they said, they should have gave her the $20,000 it went up to, to make up for scamming her out of $8 million
They problaby dont want to give her the money
Why go in the first place?
this is one of several incidents I have seen today worth casinos
Sue them!
Lol I'm sure there was no 'real' malfunction. The staff just said so, so they didn't have to pay the woman >_
The top prize was $20 000 so does the slot machine showing 8 million dollars not count as a malfunction?
She won fair and square. Pay the lady.
gotta be a law suit here?...
Ben Richards did you watch the Whole video?
Why would she be offered $80!? Why not the $20,000!? Doesn't the gaming institution have the obligation to monitor their machines?? I hope she lawyered up and crushed them!
Pay her what the machine says
It would be a smart idea for ALL casinos to put the amount of money each thing could could despence so these things wouldn't happen
$80 is still a lot from a casino.
Funny that they never malfunction during a $100 jackpot just at very large jackpots
That's a very good point actually
if the machine is malfunction why they didnt shut and unoperate the machine..Casino didnt want to pay
I would of flipped I want me freaking money there liable
When a malfunction occurs & it is not the fault of the player then the payout should equate to the lower of [what the machine displayed] or [the maximum amount the machine would pay out for the amount the player bet]. That should be a law, & it would be a fair law.
& the casino should be required to take pictures of the machine at it's location when malfunction occurred prior to shutting it down & wheeling it away, or there should be a significant fine of 3x the max winnings of the machine at the max bet that should go to the state, along with giving the player the max winnings at the max bet if they fail to produce pictures for court.
She ask lawyers and noone wanted the case because she wasnt going to win the jackpot was only 20,000 and she only played a few dollers lol
I hate gambling in casinos.
Nickel slots don't pay that much jackpot hahahaha.
if u ask me, this is just the casino's excuse for not having her her money, "oh i'm sorry, u didn't get ur $8million because of a glitch" well, computer glitches like that have lead more than a million dollars in losses. why should that casino be any different. that's why there's insurance, in order to cover losses.
Sorry I didn't pay my bills cause my computer or check book malfunctioned....lol try that.
Maybe the casino is right, but they should have given her $8K.
They could've given her at least 200,000. Just like she said, the Casino should've been true to their prizes.
The jackpot was only 20,000 why would they pay her for a broken machine and she got her money back so she doing to much why she ain't sue she reach out to lawyers and noone took her case
Man...... so sad
Its never was a fair fight!! Just subbed...
Thats why you don't gamble
This is why gambling is a dangerous investment.
How
What a great business plan. Have people play your machines and when they win the machine malfunctions when they lose it’s all fine. Sounds like a scam or am I wrong? Please educate me if I am
she at least should have gotten her $100 back that she spent on her spin if it malfunctioned, not just $80.35. You can't have it both ways. Did it malfunction or not? This is why I don't go to these scam artist conventions
This was a Malfunction, she was only playing $1.20 bet , it would be impossible her her to hit that amount ... also it says on all machines that they can Malfunction.
Machine malfunction only when you win, not when you lose☺️☺️☺️
ied be bringing a good ass lawsuit against them, there was no error the machines say error right away , this means she really won but the casino refused to pay her.
Some Casinos do that. Its a shame for what happened to her
They lying!! How they know how much it gives out
There's a sign saying the max prize idiot
Lisa Guererro should confront the machine.
this is casino rules. Even if you win, you lose.
Its always a malfunction when you win big money, but when you loose 100% its never malfunction
what if she wrote a check to someone for a hundred dollars but accidently put a thousand in the numbers column im sure she would not want to be liable for that mistake
You know what they say:
The house always wins
Dude! They can afford like hundred thousands of money to buy machines! But apparently they can’t afford to give prizes..
Casino must pay full amount!
Why?
By all means she should have got the hole 8 million
This is why I don’t gamble
Wow never going to that casino again
Thaats right listen to machine it's always right
only the malfunction here is the people that work at the casino
Her face😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Then she should have gotten her 20 grand.
I'd burn it to the ground in seconds
The casino just didn’t want to give her the god damn money.
She's in shock now too because she's not a millionaire.
I kno y'all heard the term in movies but this is wat they mean wen they say Big Business
Damn I know people that would have made a serious ruckus in there. haha
It's Castillyo You Said It Wrong
If the maximum prize for that machine is $20,000 then just give her that much
That is not fair at all, she deserves the money shown as the prize
The problem for her is that the win shown on the screen is not substantial. While yes the amount of nickles/credits shown is huge, the symbols lined up would in no way actually pay out more than about 100 bucks. Obvious ,malfunction.
Wow..that is SOOO not fair😭
Lawsuit
i think the reason why she played this machine is because she likes dinosaurs.
This casino is lying so they can have their money. That's such a dick move......
they simply robbed her
Machine never malfunctions when youre feeding it youre money.
8 million dollars on a penny slot machine, don't be stupid
Why not give her the 20k then?
What about Jurassic Poorness?
Give her the money that's why they pay insurances
hahahaha don't you love casino hustlerz
Each slot machine has a pay table that clearly states what the top prize of the game is. Mr. Reporter failed to ask her if she consulted with that table at any point to see what the top prize was, what she had to hit to earn that and if in fact that was what she hit. When the casino says that the top prize is 20k that's not some number they're making up on the fly. The lady is lucky they gave her 80 bucks, each machine has a notice on it that a malfunction VOIDS any play. If they really wanted to go by the book, they could have just reimbursed her for the spin.
Always a malfunction:)
