Steve, I've been on your content since way back when and let me tell you, you and Ben both kept me motivated throughout the years. I was a teen, maybe 18-19 back in 2014-2015, and would watch your videos from my home in Virginia, USA. I wanted to go to the UK SO bad and travel to Europe because you two made quality content that portrayed it in such a positive light. Long story short, I was able to land a job that allowed me to live in the U.K. for two years (2016-2018), and this shot (4:20) of the undulating hills and countryside makes me miss the UK SO SO MUCH. I watch your videos now with that same enthusiasm that I will be able to live back over there again. Keep making this content because it truly does inspire and give hope.

Hello from Canada! Not sure if you'll see this but my husband is a triathlete and I've seen that you've been biking. and in this vlog you mentioned your back was sore. I'm curious as to wondering if you've ever been "fitted" to your bike. It would be helpful to know how your body should be on the bike especially when you are in aero. These are the things that should be considered in a bike fit. Hopefully once your lock down is less restricted you could look into having a fit done. Good luck in your biking future!!

Steve, I've been watching you since probably 2013 days when you used to go about with Ben and Louis etc. I can always remember you popping to Giro but never knew where it was as I'm originally from Norfolk. I moved to Surrey for work at the end of last year and stumbled across it in Esher and it always feel so nostalgic now as I associate that place with your videos. I purchased a road bike at the beginning of lockdown to keep me sane so loving these cycling videos. Keep it up man

I try to ride 4/5times a week and also do a few core workouts too. I want to work on some strength and conditioning though
