Tabletting Procedure. ----------------------------------- 1st.stage: ---------------- Fine powder of raw materiels. 2nd.stage: ----------------- Wet granulation. (Add binder solution into fine powder and prepare granules by mixing) 3rd.stage: ---------------- Drying the granules. ------------------------------- (wet granules dry thru tray drier @ temp.50 to 60*c.) 4th.stage: ---------------- Lubricating the dried granules. (add gliding agents,like talc,aerosil or any other gliding agents. 5th.stage: ----------------- Compress the tablets by this granules. (sufficient wegiht,thickness and hardness)
