Everything you’ve said for 10 minutes doesn’t give you who hasn’t created anything worthwhile to devalue other people’s efforts in this way. You said you’d be back in a year? The thing about the infinite absolute not only works in his narrative, it works in all the narratives since in the novel it is said that the narratio grandis (place where the infinite narratives are created) can only be destroyed by 2 people: The headless king and the absolute.
It really depends on the context. If the story is purely made for powerscaling then you it should not really be scaled. If the book has good writing and proper scaling elements it should be scaled. It is kind of a stupid thing to restrict what characters people should scale. If a character falls under a fallacy the character is fodder but since the character is fictional you could debate it ignoring the fallacies. Things like writing should be taken into account but ultimately it is a fictional debate that is done for enjoying and other reasons. So if the book was purely made for powerscaling the character would fall under shit tier but depending on the context of the debate the restrictions the character is under can be loosened.
@@pyrolipotsharbilt9918 I do not know who that character is but it heavily depends on the context. Fallacies and other possibly debunks really depend on context.
GOAT Video! 2 Questions though: 1. Wouldn't it be bad to gate the scalability of a work behind the authors ability to gather enough money, or have the right connections to publish a work officially? 2. SCP is also a creative commons project and while it takes a decent amount of writing skills to publish an scp, it s still creative commons. So wouldn't SCP fall under OC fallacy by your logic?
You can find similar comments like mine in this vid but regarding SCP: Even though it is creative commons, it is the ONLY exception to that rule due to the fact that it is LICENSED, have published some certain books and have official card game etc. So yeah SCP Wiki is the exception to that rule. Please don't get angry at my reply, I got this info from the replies of other people in this vid and from a community post of a YT channel called Human Editz
I came to look for anime clips And saw this My heart is broken Edit: honest question, what counts as officially published work? Does it have to be from a book or game or does the thing just need to be well done? Scp isn’t exactly a book and I can only see containment breach as it’s only game but it’s frequently used in power scaling and I rarely see people questioning if it counts as a OC
its needs to be a licensed/copyrighted product, or a franchise, scp has creative common copyright license, has its own site and all of the articles go through strict moderation so badly written articles dont become a part of the verse
bro i want to ask you something, we all know cosmo of a verse can scale the entire verse itself but when we scale a specific character, should we use the verse cosmo or the cosmo of the highest structure that the character can affect or reach (i want to ask this because it is stupid to compare 2 groups and then instantly assume that the weakest one in the stronger group is stronger than the strongest one in the weaker group)(most scp biased fan will do when debating a featless scp )
It’s the Highest Structure, that’s the reason why many will say Dimensionality>Cosmology Because even if your verse is a higher cosmology someone with a higher dimensionality will shit on you
what if an author is a powerscaler but his verse is for storytelling?(also OC fallacy is just RoP but shitty also literally everything in fiction is an OC, "Original Character" this means all stuff in fiction falls under OC fallacy however OC fallacy is just RoP but shitty and not a thing that makes OC's scale nowhere)
The ones who fall under OC fallacy are characters whom are not licensed and not an official published work. So basically literally anything that isn't a published book/comic/franchise/game would be considered OC fallacy, SCP wiki would be an exception to this rule whoever because they are licensed and actually have an official card game.
As long as there are no stupid upscaling like saying “My character is above (insert whatever high tier scaling term you’d like) and solos your favorite verse.” Then you should be okay.

@@CosmicSpider69 I did some research into Creative Commons and there’s 6 different levels to the license so I think this needs to be taken into account when discussing whether or not a verse is valid for scaling
@@CosmicSpider69 (This is from an ai) There are several different types of Creative Commons (CC) licenses, which allow creators to share their work with others while retaining some control over how it is used. can u scale fnaf fazbear frights and fnaf world ? people cant decide whether the characters are island level or they are outversal due to some specific hax like erasing the concept of death
Good video but I have a few questions: 1. Is it ever actually stated somewhere that non licensed work falls under OC fallacy, or is this just your opinion? As far as I can tell, there are no real general rules about this. Same thing with the argument about the author being a power scaler, are these points really debunks, or are they just reasons why you personally think he should not be scaled? 2. Why does it matter if the piece of fiction isn’t published? Stuff like fallacies are acknowledged so that characters can be scaled in the first place without bias, I don’t see why verses that fit within all of these laws should be discluded due to a paywall. They are still pieces of fiction that can be scaled and properly compared to other pieces of fiction. 3. You said that verses made by power scalers shouldn’t be included because “It would be cheating” (which I personally disagree with), but what about mathematicians? They are usually much more capable of making a stronger verse than a power scaler, should they be disqualified too? Also I am pretty sure many writers of strong verses are somewhat aware of power scaling, the crazy cosmology that many of the strongest verses have is a lot of the time not used in the story much. I want Auren to be removed as well, but for different reasons. In I Can Tell You What Is Killing The Stars, from what I can tell they talk about stuff like the story residing within a Tegmark Type IV Multiverse, but it feels like the author copy and pasted it in and it is only explained that Auren found this out through “his research” and I don‘t think it is ever really explored in the story. I feel like things like type 4 multiverse should be observable through the story, instead of just character statements. I don’t know if this could be a new fallacy or anything, just an idea. Please note that I'm not super into power scaling so there are probably some things I misunderstand or got wrong.
To be fair (I'm the author hi) I did in other stories explain the deeper workings of the multiverse on how the entire universe is based around complex mathmatics. It's not just one story all of my stories are connected to one giant canon. (that's over 100 short stories)
@@thecomictutor Hello. I develop a huge verse, it is bigger than one multiverse, and it pains how those „OC fallacies” makes my efforts worthless. I do not think it should even work, I believe project FM just ran out of arguments and made up this. I have characters that could defeat, for example, I am that I am, and when creating them, I did not even know about powerscaling, and I as well I did not give them a lot of useless abilities. I have created everything from scratch, making my own laws of universe functioning.
I must admit it's a good thung the creator himself rebunked Auren. Of course, the debunk never made him weaker, but it's good to see people's opinion on Auren is now straight. He's incredibly strong. Plus aren't there scps that are actually written badly? Why don't you go after them
In fact, something I like to do is analyze how many fictional characters think they are powerful (I don't have to look for examples) in many instances, they are villains (something that already surpasses any rule that says they are just OCs just for the purpose of powerscaling) but they are also selfish, they are terrifying, they are chaotic, they hate things. or in the case of Auren, the guy had good intentions, and seems to be a kind being, which already shows that he is a character. think about it: scarlet king is literraly evil,he is (has a list of alot of crimes)he hates existence,he considers existence suffering,he just wants to end existence because of suffering, but that is a petty reason beyond believe. scp-3812 has alot of mental problems. scp-682 hates everything, but he can love some stuff. the authors of scp like to write all types of stories and either crazy of the mind,or they just want to enjoy writing stories. and i can go on and on and on with the examples. and it seems extremely rude to me to consider that a character just because he is powerful is so ridiculously powerful that he is an OC, even though he has much more than just that specific. Goku, no matter how much people downplay him or wanke him, is still a character that goes beyond just power. Goku is pure goodness, he is innocent, kind, brave, and a love for fighting. and no one can take that away from him. no matter how you look at it, a fictional character that has some depth, would prove that he is more than just "an OC for powerscaling"

A question here, so how can some flaws made by the author of auren be fixed with more specificality? for example. the part where he says auren transcends extended modal realism, v = ultimate L conjecture and kabbalah. U said to provide an explanation. to be more specific. how would u provide the explanation for these vague statements? has it have to do mainly with the cosmology? or smth else?
As a writer, I understand it this way: 1. There must be a domain of some sorts 2. The domain must be explained by a character A if it's relevant to the story in any way 3. The character B that visited such domain must also have analogies with the said above three things like EMR, V = Ultimate L and Kabbalah, so that the character himself will understand better about how it works in the first place 4. All of this must be presented in a way that isn't thrown in the verse as an attempt to wank the everliving shit out of the verse by the author
i was right all along auren is infact a tanjiro victim from the very beginning and i knew it. anyway do you think scp falls under oc fallacy? personally I don't think scp en falls under oc fallacy but cn definetly does what do you think?
I disagree with the notion, just because someone knows about power scaling that their verse shouldn’t count for power scaling. Just because a verse has cardinals of infinity it doesn’t disqualify them for power scaling. Scp and wod have cardinals of infinity but they are not disqualified for power scaling so it make no sense why Auren Should and it’s almost impossible to tell the difference between a powerful verse and a verse made for power scaling so I don’t count this as a fallacy Because you can’t know when it starts and when it ends. Plus Auren Verse still has a story so it’s not just for power scaling.
can you do a proper anos silver sea or azure sky or abyss scale this is varying too much in community some people are saying its multi some hyper some outer some high outer some even boundless you are the only person i trust great vid btw and good to see you back
What do you think about The White Light? It is like Auren, the projection of the absolute infinite, but it has basis from other novels in same series with the author(Rudy Rucker). And Why do you think EMR and kabbalah are pinnacle of tiering? I'm curious there are some evidence which can show it matches with set theory. And is Kabbalah just a religious structure from Judaism? Is there a reason why it is the pinnacle of tiering?
honestly I somewhat disagree with the full debunk of it, but I do think part of it is necessary. For instance, with the innately powerscaling oriented details about Auren, those would apply within his own verse/narrative, however, they would not apply in comparison to other verses, and he would thus be compared based on more objective standards, rather than claims about him from within his own canon. This would likely scale him lower than the ‘infinite layers into boundless’ that he typically gets, but it also wouldn’t make him unscalable either. It basically just levels the playing field for the scaling, as opposed to legitimizing the “he is absolute” bullshit that only works within his own story.
I feel that any character should be “allowed” to be scaled if their story has these three things: 1: an actual story, 2: cosmology, 3: feats. This is why I believe auren is a fair character to scale, unlike Anti-Principle which as of writing this has no cosmology, feats, and not even a story.
Wait i got like a question. There is an Undertale AU that is fanmade called Alphatale / Alphaverse. It is in fact fanmade and i am pretty sure it is not an official published work. The character is broken BUT it is not too broken. They also have a comic with a proper story and for me a pretty decent and enjoyable story. The character also have Feats and is not all statement. I am not sure if the writer is a powerscaler but he did mention in his discord server that they do not allow power scaling in their server. Does this make the verse an OC and unscalable?
so a. it's a fanmade extension of undertale b. no licensing whatsoever the first part already puts the final nail in the coffin as fammade extensions of an already existing verse is not eligible for powerscaling as the fanmade version is not licensed and official as fans could just make the fanmade version stronger and stronger so yes it is deemed as an oc and is unscalable and is anya victim
@@GigaChad777-cy7ogI have question 1.if they being "Fanmade" so it's that make the original Character is being scaleable and the fact that all of the Character literly not Undertale related(expect old Character) 2.Does publishing a story on Wattpad make it a licensed story? Bro one calling it discriminatory That’s such a brainless use of a word that has such a strong and negative connotation, think of it this way, if every scaler in existence were to be able to write a unlicensed story, with no license or such, then we’d have a more toxic powerscaling community and constant people trying to one up eachother’s scaling, it’s kept this way so that scaling is fair and reasonable
What?. Are you saying scp is an oc?, If you are saying that then it's a no.. SCP is not an oc Because SCP is licensed and come from an official source if i remember it's wikidot, hence why it's allowed to be a part of the scaling community. Also, SCP has its own books, novels, and playing cards, which is further proof of its licensing.
@@everleighavery4661 Yeah, but some of them are definitely created mostly for powerscaling purposes. It's obvious, especially considering this recent trend towards boundless scps.

In the end it's all just people's opinion, and situation with antiprinciple showed it quite well.
Question:about your statement about character written by powerscaler should not be power scale and belongs in the Anti Principle tier. Does that make the entire SCP foundation a fodder? What I mean by that is the OG SCP is just a bunch of guy writing random creature contained in the foundaton, but later some power scaler came in and wrote all those Alpha layer and narrator stack bs and a peanut that breaks neck is now a boundless being, does that debunked the whole verse into the old SCP where the boundless peanut is just a statues that break neck and nothing special about it or am I just missing something and SCP is actually written by Shakespeare and the whole cosmology actually have a lot of purpose?
question: does self reference engine and manifold fall under sake of powerscaling then? they have alot of mathematics in their verse actually 90% of the verse is complex mathematics that boost them alot in powerscaling infact the writers of their books are mathematicians does that mean they fall under sake of powerscaling or no?
No first both of the work has it own book, and has pain to be published so it is a official published work, second i don't know who is the author of self-reference engine but i know the author of Manifold is mathematicians, and nope you are being confused with powerscaler and true mathematicians, powerscalers use math to scale and mathematicians use math because that is a part of their jobs, and both of the work will be ok since both of the verse weren't created for the sake of powerscaling.
OC fallacy is super Vague ngl. Like if it isnt licensed or officially published its automatically an Oc Fallacy? Feel like that quite unfair for story that is very well written and something even better than some official published book or licensed stuff. I still strongly believed Auren to be high outer to baseline boundless. Just because you know powerscaling should not mean you can't have a scalable verse. This is just my opinion so don't start an argument
It's basically used as a filter for characters that just made for the purpose of power scaling, and as for the licensed part, it's just an even further filter for the people who knew about this fallacy and for their character to be considered for power scaling just gave them a story, the story they make might be more well written then some publised and or licensed works, that is possible but 9 out 10 times more people will just make a mediocre story for said character to slide under the oc fallacy
I only have 2 questions 1 Why should your opinion be taken as valid about the autor Or other people's opinions? 2 It is not unfair to say this about Auren but not about for example SCP and other things Auren's story is not so bad and although it has errors it is not so bad

You know, you and Auren have a lot in common, but at first, to me, you seemed like the best scaler,, the most intelligent and logical person who’s outgrown this community, After your disrespect for the CN scp and the efforts of their authors and a small group of people responsible for the Chinese Wiki, I felt a little uncomfortable as a Chinese, but let's get back to the point, I started thinking of you as just a good enough scaler, personally for me and many others there is no difference between "fan work" and official, in both cases, people have made efforts and diligence to make their idea a reality, And you know, frankly, I don’t care what you think if a man has knowledge of powerscaling then his work will not be recognized in this topic, in your amateur crude example, there is no logical relationship to the subject you speak of, You look like a kid who’s trying to prove a point by making a point. Unlimited power

So what was killing the star ? Did Auren ever tell us.
Anti-Principle will know
Good video but I have a few questions:
The guy just wanted to shit on Auren for 10 minutes. Which is actually understandable. I would like to shit on I am that I am honestly
Why don't you go after them
In fact, something I like to do is analyze how many fictional characters think they are powerful (I don't have to look for examples) in many instances, they are villains (something that already surpasses any rule that says they are just OCs just for the purpose of powerscaling) but they are also selfish, they are terrifying, they are chaotic, they hate things.
or in the case of Auren, the guy had good intentions, and seems to be a kind being, which already shows that he is a character.
think about it:
scarlet king is literraly evil,he is (has a list of alot of crimes)he hates existence,he considers existence suffering,he just wants to end existence because of suffering, but that is a petty reason beyond believe.
scp-3812 has alot of mental problems.
scp-682 hates everything, but he can love some stuff.
the authors of scp like to write all types of stories and either crazy of the mind,or they just want to enjoy writing stories.
and i can go on and on and on with the examples.
and it seems extremely rude to me to consider that a character just because he is powerful is so ridiculously powerful that he is an OC, even though he has much more than just that specific.

U said to provide an explanation. to be more specific. how would u provide the explanation for these vague statements? has it have to do mainly with the cosmology? or smth else?
As a writer, I understand it this way:
1. There must be a domain of some sorts
2. The domain must be explained by a character A if it's relevant to the story in any way
3. The character B that visited such domain must also have analogies with the said above three things like EMR, V = Ultimate L and Kabbalah, so that the character himself will understand better about how it works in the first place
4. All of this must be presented in a way that isn't thrown in the verse as an attempt to wank the everliving shit out of the verse by the author

It’s a different concept in scaling, not sure how so but Kabbalah means something completely different in scaling (probably something mathematic)
Broh can you tell account difference in power there is between i am that i am world of darkness and gods of world of darkness
Can you scale Unwritten characters?
honestly I somewhat disagree with the full debunk of it, but I do think part of it is necessary.
2 months is crazy 🗿 also what’s your thoughts on the scarlet king
Good thoughts

Wait i got like a question. There is an Undertale AU that is fanmade called Alphatale / Alphaverse. It is in fact fanmade and i am pretty sure it is not an official published work. The character is broken BUT it is not too broken. They also have a comic with a proper story and for me a pretty decent and enjoyable story. The character also have Feats and is not all statement. I am not sure if the writer is a powerscaler but he did mention in his discord server that they do not allow power scaling in their server. Does this make the verse an OC and unscalable?
still numen rider victim
ima wait for a non biased and a proper powerscaler to reply
so
a. it's a fanmade extension of undertale
b. no licensing whatsoever
the first part already puts the final nail in the coffin as fammade extensions of an already existing verse is not eligible for powerscaling as the fanmade version is not licensed and official as fans could just make the fanmade version stronger and stronger so yes it is deemed as an oc and is unscalable and is anya victim
@@GigaChad777-cy7og hmmm alright
@@GigaChad777-cy7ogI have question
1.if they being "Fanmade" so it's that make the original Character is being scaleable and the fact that all of the Character literly not Undertale related(expect old Character)
2.Does publishing a story on Wattpad make it a licensed story?
Sorry for the bad english
Bro, so you are saying a work isn't good for something because the autor is related to that something? That's like saying a work that talk about discrimination isn't good in a topic about discrimination
Bro one calling it discriminatory
That’s such a brainless use of a word that has such a strong and negative connotation, think of it this way, if every scaler in existence were to be able to write a unlicensed story, with no license or such, then we’d have a more toxic powerscaling community and constant people trying to one up eachother’s scaling, it’s kept this way so that scaling is fair and reasonable
Okay, but why scps are powerscaled then?
What?. Are you saying scp is an oc?, If you are saying that then it's a no.. SCP is not an oc
Because SCP is licensed and come from an official source if i remember it's wikidot, hence why it's allowed to be a part of the scaling community.
Also, SCP has its own books, novels, and playing cards, which is further proof of its licensing.
@@everleighavery4661 Yeah, but some of them are definitely created mostly for powerscaling purposes. It's obvious, especially considering this recent trend towards boundless scps.
@@user-my3sp4oi4r
That would be scp CN branch not scp EN branch
Scp EN > scp CN in writing
Scp EN < scp CN in powerscaling
And OP characters like SCP-3812 and SCP-2747 aren't even written for the sole purpose of being OP in the first place. SCP-3812 depicts the concept of a man going insane due to knowledge while SCP-2747 is supposed to be a format screw. Idk why people only focuses on their OP aspects rather than appreciating good writing. Even The Scarlet King is also well written such as SCP-001 Tufto's Proposal which portrays the philosophy of mankind and how disunity is man's greatest enemy
@@everleighavery4661 I see, you have a point, I am not that knowledgeable in whole scp thing, actually I have no problem with powerscaling them. I just don't think that you can decide which character should be powerscaled and which is "cheating". Such a method doesn't make sense for me. In the end it's all just people's opinion, and situation with antiprinciple showed it quite well.
cn should be ousted out of powerscaling while en can stay

can you do a video on the elder scrolls cosmology?
Question:about your statement about character written by powerscaler should not be power scale and belongs in the Anti Principle tier. Does that make the entire SCP foundation a fodder?
What I mean by that is the OG SCP is just a bunch of guy writing random creature contained in the foundaton, but later some power scaler came in and wrote all those Alpha layer and narrator stack bs and a peanut that breaks neck is now a boundless being, does that debunked the whole verse into the old SCP where the boundless peanut is just a statues that break neck and nothing special about it or am I just missing something and SCP is actually written by Shakespeare and the whole cosmology actually have a lot of purpose?
most scp writers hate power scalers and want nothing to do with the community, so no
Even character like scp 2747 already exist before power scaling is a thing

Where is OC Fallacy listed anywhere? Or did you just make it up.
question: does self reference engine and manifold fall under sake of powerscaling then? they have alot of mathematics in their verse actually 90% of the verse is complex mathematics that boost them alot in powerscaling infact the writers of their books are mathematicians does that mean they fall under sake of powerscaling or no?
genos victims
No first both of the work has it own book, and has pain to be published so it is a official published work, second i don't know who is the author of self-reference engine but i know the author of Manifold is mathematicians, and nope you are being confused with powerscaler and true mathematicians, powerscalers use math to scale and mathematicians use math because that is a part of their jobs, and both of the work will be ok since both of the verse weren't created for the sake of powerscaling.
@@DJ1125katussre autor (toh enjoe) has a Phd on mathematics
No, because according to some scalers "Oc fallacy" are for the literary works that is not licensed.
Manifold Trilogy predates VSBW (which is the Wiki that made mathematics scale so high)
Project FM has said that he will remake the OC fallacy
Kinda sad of how auren the absolute got debunked again 😢 he might get rebunked soon
Could you debunk/scale saitama terra 2 please

1 Why should your opinion be taken as valid about the autor Or other people's opinions?
2 It is not unfair to say this about Auren but not about for example SCP and other things

Wwwww
SCP should be an exception to his rule via actually having license AND an offical card game. It also got a moderating system with the CEO being David Koher
