Warm up before each exercise.
EXERCISE 1:
Single Arm Dumbbell Press
3 Sets of 8-12 Reps Then A Drop Set
EXERCISE 2:
Incline Lateral Raise
3 Sets of 12-15 Reps Then A Drop Set
EXERCISE 3:
Cable Face Pull
3 Sets of 12-15 Reps Then A Drop Set
Exercise 4
Prison Pushups
1 push up 1 standing jumping jack up to 10 pushups and 10 standing jumping jacks
