Aqui en Santa Catarina , Brasil tenemos una bajada de unos 9 km en la BR 116 después de Lages que da antes de la divisa con Rio Grande, creo que se podria hacer ese tipo de deporte.

That indecisive wobble at 3:09 really killed the speed of that fast one.
If you'd exit curves properly meaning going wide rather than staying inside, you'd keep more speed. It's quite obvious, you are faster entering curves but at the exit they're catching you.
I'm wondering how does the start line up work?..how do you get pole position? Faster times last race?
Also if he learned about slip streaming and leaning back during the long downhill sections, this could also help.
I totally agree. Watched a couple more videos recorded from his previous races. He absolutely learned nothing over the years. Still making tons of mistakes.

He needs to pick better lines and use less brake. In the first long hairpin he entered too narrow and dropped 19 kmph, then promptly lost 2 spaces. Needs some sprint training to push the kart faster, had a slow start and then lost 2 more places. Started 5th finished 8th. Could have made 4th or perhaps 3rd.

Always hit your turns better than others. That means be All the way to the inside on Any turn or type of turn. Also, if you're going through a turn next to someone and you're on the outside, even if you're both going 45, you'll be slower because you're on the outside.
