What kind of graft was used in this case? I had patellar tendon graft used on my right knee and I’m still struggling with patellar tendon pain even though I’m 8 months post op, having done PT the first 3 months post op and training legs twice a week at the gym (I’ve been training for 12 years now, I used to have really strong legs before surgery). I’m currently focusing more on single leg exercises because my left leg was compensating the lack of strength of my right leg, but the pain doesn’t go away. Any advices?

i was just told that I tore my acl and meniscus from an injury back in January from soccer. Whats the timeline for the recovery process? Like how long with crutches and then brace and so on and so forth

It depends on every person’s circumstances, in my case it was only one crutch with brace for 12 days, 2 more days with one crutch and no brace, and then at the 14th day I started walking normally after my first session of PT.

@@katyarhys its different for everyone, dont worry. You'll be completely ok. just keep doing your rehab and be patient with your recovery. Theres a good chance your knees will come out stronger than before!
