Tips for some of the bosses:
It's possible to get on top off the totem poles in the Aquatic Ruin boss fight (Boss #4). The only thing you need to watch out for is Robotnik's hammer, and it's easy to dodge.
In the Casino Night Zone boss fight (Boss #6), you can damage him easily by spin-dashing up the wall and jumping off of it to hit him.
You can get some hits in on Mecha Sonic, aka Silver Sonic (Boss #16) by spin-dashing where he will land at the beginning of the battle. Be sure to release the spindash before he curls up into a ball.
Other than that, for someone who didn't use the spindash the entire level, that was a pretty impressive run!

There should be a âSuicide Modeâ where it takes 3 times more hits and Eggman is much faster. And he also has invincible sections so when he first comes in so you canât just beat him right away.

Yeah, and a mode where you everytime you jump the game switches, or that you have to take damage everytime you jump.
The faster way to beat the Robotnik fight with the arrows you need to get on top of the pillars so you can just jump and hit him alot easier and do not have to wait for the arrows.
Also, if you do a full spin dash off the top of a pillar, youâll bounce back onto it after you hit Robotnik.

At The Start Of The Final Sonic 2 Boss Jump On Him When You Start. Then Do Not Hit Him Before He Launches. Then When He Lands Jump On Him Twice. Kinda nice that you can do the last Sonic 2 fights with rings. It's such a pain to not have a single ring the first time you fight them.
Not to mention that you can also outright SKIP the Mecha Sonic boss if you die during boss 17

1:43 here is a trick: when the bird statues come up you stand on one of them and hit robotnik as much as you want remember to bounce back on the statue after a hit

(1:55, 2:12) You can jump up onto the pillars (except from the lowest height arrow) and then you can score hits more quickly that way. Just make sure you're not on a pillar as Robotnik hammers it. EDIT: Seems many have mentioned this already.
(11:02) At least you get rings for this fight. It's nice that this hack provides rings for those final battles that you'd normally not have rings for.

Imagine if this had more bosses from Sonic CD, from Sonic Mania and from Sonic 3 & Knuckles. And to complete Death Egg Zone you have to hit Silver Metal Sonic 8 Times and Hit The Death Egg Robot Boss 12 Times (I canât believe I counted the Final Boss hits but I did).

The Aqua Ruin boss, try using a high arrow to get atop of the bird totems. Can't speak for everyone but it's a good way to get some clean overhead jumps and might get you some combos. ;)

You can go on the pillars in Boss 4: Aquatic Ruin Zone. From the top of the pillars, you can spindash into the Egg Mobile!

To beat the arrow you have to STOP STANDING ON THE TIP.
If you stand away from the tip but still on the arrow, the arrow will stay up until theres a new arrow on that same pillar.

i just revisited this and remembered how good this vid is.
Considering Tails, you get an option to play as him instead of Sonic if you wish.
For Mecha Sonic, you wanna be in spin dash, but stay put for three hits, then dash away as he balls up as you dash away, rinse and repeat.
I got 4 at the start, then dashed out of his way. Then jumped on him on the other side of the arena to land the final 4.
If you play as tails, you should be able to use the quick kill everytime
so cool, my fav is the first ever boss
While the pillars are rising jump on one and stay on it. You can jump at the perfect time to avoid being hit by the hammer (for some reason it damages you) and attack him
In boss 4 you can get on top of the statue before the boss fight start then you only have to worry about the hammer
If Sonic was All Boss Fights it would look just like Cuphead ( lol moment )
Tip: you can Get on top of the pillars in the hammer fight

The mistic cave zone boss can be beaten quickly by spin dashing under him while he descends. Same with the silver sonic. My time as tails is 12:24:13 rank b
I imagine tails is at scrap brain zone trying to find eggman, while sonic is fighting eggman at the death egg
