All hikes are between 1 and 2.5 hours and some of them can be done in any season, since the paths are paved. I tried to include walks in different parts of Switzerland, so these are in the cantons of Bern, Neuchatel, Glarus, Vaud and Ticino.

We looked for an easy hike and took your recommendation for oeschinensee. I should’ve noted down the details, because i forgot about the gondola 😅. We instead walked all the way up. Maps were misleading too, as they told us it just takes 1hr 10. in the end it took us 3hrs up and it was so late we had to go down already. On top of that the lake was frozen and there was snow all over.
I would recommend everyone to use a hiking app to plan the routes and check the weather beforehand 😅 but I learned from that.
Oh no, sorry about what happened! I guess it was recently, since the the snow is still there. Plus the gondola only runs from May.
These hikes are for summer/snow-free weather.🙈
Using the apps is a good tip. Also I recommend checking the webcams for the snow situation.
Braunwald is great underrated recommendation 👍
I feel like not many people know about this place, but it is nice indeed👍
Great video, thank you.
Glad you liked it!
안녕하세요~항상 응원 합니다 ~Hello Very nice job, love your video Thanks for sharing Have a nice day.~

I am from Tokyo.I am planning to visit Swiss for hiking on August. It is a good info for me from your CZcams. Thank you again!
Glad it was helpful and hope your trip goes well!👍😊
Very precise and well explained.
Thank you! Glad you like it🙂
Great video -- thanks for the advice and tips.
Thanks! Glad you found it helpful!👍
Nice video! 😀
Thank you!😊
@@OurSwissAdventure you're welcome 😊
Great suggestions Erika! I’ve only done a bit of Verzasca valley hike and Oeschinen lake hike and both were amazing.
Thanks! Are there any of these that you think you want to do next?🙂
@@OurSwissAdventure Yes, though the trails that involve some playground now have priority. 😂😀 Do any of this trails have a playground along the way? 😀
@@SlovenianGirlAbroad eeemm, good question😅
I think there are some between Montreux and Villeneuve, but don't think others do. Nature is a great playground though haha!😄
@@OurSwissAdventure Haha, to some degree yes. 😂 But a playground in traditional sense along the way or at the end or beginning of the hike makes hiking with a toddler much easier. 😂😀
@@SlovenianGirlAbroad Thanks for a great tip for the future!😂
Hey guys, great video & info, many thanks!
A question: Imagine, if I want to do ALL the hikes you guys suggested, how many days it will take in total ( approx. ) 🙂
That's an interesting question!😅 These hikes are spread around the country, but technically you could combine a few of them into the same day (for example First and Lauterbrunnen). However, I would not recommend doing that, as you'd be rushing around like crazy and it would make the experience less enjoyable. So to answer your question, I'd say a day per hike, because then you have time to enjoy more of each of the areas where the hikes are. And what you can do is use those hikes as guide points for a nice week long road trip around Switzerland, if that's what interests you.🙂
@@OurSwissAdventure Good morning guys, thanks for the quick response! 😀. Understandable. So, basically I’m planning to be in Switzerland for a week ( visiting Switzerland for the first time ). So, I guess, then I will pick 3-4 hikes in a week and can experience the country & vibes nicely!
Have a great day! 😊
Hi! So sorry, I realised I never responded to this.🙈 3-4 hikes in a week sounds like a good balance!
Have you done your trip already?
Hello, I'm from Dubai. We are planning to come to Geneva for hiking 2 or 3 area on August 21st. Thanks for your video and information.
I would like to know if we could have a leader. Appreciate to inform. Thanks
Hi! Thanks for watching the video!🙂 Guided hikes is not something that we offer, however, I know that there are people and companies who do this, you just need to search on Google.
Which hikes were you thinking of doing?
👍
Fab video but the 'pops' are annoying.
Thanks for your feedback👍
