#gundam #gunpla #buyee - Zábava
We really need that modern MG of the Stardust Memory Gundams. The GP01FB is such an amazing design and if anything, I'd love for it to get the next MG Ver. Ka treatment
especially the zaku II f2
Bro don't even hope so the mgline is dead
@@sonnysunny975 it really isn't. the quality of MG kits has just gotten higher so they can't release them as often
0083 got done dirty compared to the rest of UC. We need updated HG and MG kits for the series, namely Zephyranthes and Physalis
Considering the Zeta got a new released recently, one can hope
His clearing of the throat with the Darilbalde is fantastic
Stardust Memories really got the short stick in the model kit department
They were churning out RX78-2's so often they ran out and had to start doing RX-78-3 through 6.
I don't know if I should brag that 0083 was first in line or complain that it was a beta test years ago and if the God Gundam can get a RG the Zephyranthes can get a refresh.
6:41 typical of a space type mobile suit
A lot of high mobility zeta types have limited foot articulation because they are always flying
It really is ashame that we dont have a decent model kits for Stardust Memory lineups. Most of my favorite mobile suits are from there. Absolutely love the more militaristic feel to all the mobile suits there. The GMs, the Gundams themselves, Zaku II F2 Type, even the Gelgoog Marines.
Who else are with me?
The RG GP01 really isn't that bad.
i agree. I never had any "handgranate" feeling when i handle the GP01 and the FB
agreed. The kits are awesome. You just need to know how to handle them
The waist is quite bad, transformation gimmicks in small kits almost never work well and they shouldn't have force it in there. Other than that though I agree. The joints are not that bad and it looks absolutely amazing.
If there’s anyone that could legitimately make a MECHA GUNPLA ARMY, its Gaikotzu! With all of the backlog and built kits he has, it would be possible…
1:33 Not much hope because they're old, or because they rarely get reprinted?
5:28 that ahem means that the Darilbalde is a CLUE
Stardust memory is one of my top fav gundam anime, the story and characters are really memorable and good, imo. And let alone has some of the best mecha designs from the 90's era for gundam.
I was just complaining to my wife today that Bandai needs to put out some updated kits from this series. The GP02 is my go to Gundam mobile suit.
I think Stardust Memory is in need of more love from Bandai. Majority of their model kits are from the late 90s and early 2000s and the early 2010s RG kits. A RG 2.0 line would be awesome to see.
It's way too early for a rg 2.0 line. The kits are way better than Mecha says. I've got both and they are pretty solid for me
I built the HG GP01 about a week ago and I personally really like how it turned out. Putting in the extra effort in detail painting and panel lining really makes that old kit shine and it is honestly one of the best looking HGs on my shelf. If you however don’t want to do any detail painting at all, prepared to be disappointed when your yellow V isn’t yellow.
Agreed. If you do a bit of work it looks almost like the RG.
Built mine too. Also got myself a GP01 Stamen. The claws are cool.
Remember. He’s not a fan of older kits and he is a bit of a lazy builder
Idk i got my rg gp01 fairly recently and i didnt have any of the issues you had, i found it was a pretty good kit all in all
I've had mine for over 7 years, and it still holds up.
My local gunpla pusher had one copy the PG of the GP01/FB, but it was sold before I could get it. That’s probably the best version and the MG GP03 is fine.
The FB in Real Grade was my first gunpla. I didn’t think it was bad at all at the time, I was mostly just amazed at how well it all went together and how much fun I had assembling it. It’s held up well too despite the premold frame.
The Robot Damashii's of 0083 aren't just some of the best versions of these suits, but just overall some of the best output this line of figures as ever had. It just sucks that anything 0083 that you want in a more high quality figure has to come from this line though. I got the FB like you and I was hooked enough to get the Gp02, Gm Custom, and Dom Tropen.
5:04 this is a perfectly accurate size.
Getting into plastic models kinda turned me off of figures altogether because I don't feel any satisfaction in buying a figure and putting it in the shelf right away and the figures are just too pricey that I could get a couple master grades instead. To bad we don't have a good and modern model kit representation of Stardust Memory :(
the only reason i ever got into gunplas is because i can actually afford it.
I really want Bandai to give us revive kits for Stardust Memory’s main Gundams, so just like was seen in this video I can have the GP-02 vs GP-01FB beam saber clash we see at the end of the first opening of Stardust Memory.
The Stardust Memory grunt suits, at least the GMs in my experience are really nice and hold together super well
I finally got the GP01 FB for cheap and built it earlier this year. Was really impressed with the build but once it was all put together, immediate 🙃
Speaking of vigorous effect parts, you really undersold how VIGOROUS the effect parts for the RG Sazabi's beams are. I have them backlit with some blue LED strips and the vigorosity is off the charts ! And I'm definitely gonna be looking forward to that Gerbera video, I never really see anything about it so it'll be cool to see how the figure looks.
I think my first ver anime was RX78 and the Johnny ridden zaku. These guys are awesome. I’m glad they’re doing a ver anime line of Seed suits
I’ve built the hg GP02 and for an older kit it is actually very good. Joints are solid with a good build and articulation, just a lot of stickers.
I have the hg gp01 from like 2000 and I love it so much. Its not a good kit at all but I got it when I was meeting some online friends for the first time, so it means a lot to meee
Bandai… where is RG GP02!?
I would love to see a vedio with your favorite kits (or must-haves) from each series so far!
I just finished the MK II 2.0 MG and it was such a great build. SDM was a pretty good show, dunno if I would want some gunpla of it.
That kit is so good. I like the fabric they give us for the pipes and the way those hydraulics in the ankles move. I miss mine
This is too much of a coincidence ive been on a UC binge and literally just finished stardust memory today, immediately wanted kits of each gundam and lo and behold thanks mecha
I'm so glad I wasn't the only one who had Hella trouble with the RG full Burnern. I thought I was crazy.
it would be hilarious if they made a mg darilbalde with old master grade tech so that it falls apart when you touch it to make it anime accurate.
It's actually absurd I JUST got my robot spirits GP01fb in the mail today because I wasn't super happy with the HG and you drop this video.
I want justice for 0083. None of the existing kits or figures quite capture the coolness of the mobile suits in the anime; the proportions are all slightly off. Please, Bandai, show Stardust some love 😢
I think kits that don't have much panel lining can be a good thing, because it provides a more plain canvas for those who want to custom scribe their own panel lines.
I remember seeing this being put up for pre order on Amazon when it released i insta bought it i love it the GP01/FB has a special place in my heart i ended up buying a 2nd one to put away for the future and spent almost 200$ for the rare Regular GP01....still haven't opened it
5:00 Oh my god, that tiny hair kinda thing sticking out on the top of the Zeph's head bothers me soo much!! LMAO
It’s criminal we haven’t had 2.0 of these mg yet
Woaw! That Darilbalde came outta nowhere. I am lost now. Haha. Anyway, Zephyranthes badly need a 2.0 right now. And GP02 too!
I actually really like the RGs. Had the shoulder on mine kind of implode so it's really loose, but it should be fine if you don't ham fist it. Posing is already a different matter though when it comes to those early RGs.
5:25 Is this the giveaway hint? 👀 edit: ye it is
GIVE US A FREAKING GP01 MG VER KA ALREADY BANDAI!!!!!
Oh boy I think a slight shake in my house would topple my full burnern mg inside my shelf. I have the Zaku 2.0 and gelgoog 2.0 sandwiching it and for good measure, gouf 2.0 in front of it
Hell of a song
Aside the GP03, I also have the Gerbera Tetra and Xamel, both are very outstanding figures with lots of effects parts 😊
I love Stardust, great video!
"You are My Density" - George McFly
If your planning to build the old MG GP02... reinforce the joints and the binders on the shoulder thrusters.
I have GM cannon 2 , Gm custom and gerbera Tetra , theyre nice nothing amazing , gave thr custom thick lines around the edges and its looks really nice tbh
I love the hg zaku 2 f2 efsf ver. It is, in my personal opinion, the best hg zaku out there. I really hoped the other hg kits in the line would be good too
The GP02 being normal sized when he seems bigger is something the ZZ does too.
man, I have the Robot Spirits ver ANIME GP03, and it's absolutely bellissimo-
I'd wanted a Stamen for years, but the age of and issues with the HG and MG kits really put me off-I thought I'd have to give up on it until I saw that figure
the articulation, the sculpt, the accessories, the build quality, it's the GP03 we deserved all along
I really like the ver anime figures. I got a black tri star high mobility zaku and i love it. All the effects parts and the detail is juts great
Your destiny is waiting, go for it! 👏🚀
Robot Damashii is doing the GP series justice, got 01fb, 02, 03, 04 and I have the 00 Blossom on pre-order.
Exactly why I got them!
I don’t know why, but I just feel it in my bones we’re gonna get some stardust memory kits soon. That, and tequila gundam. I know how unlikely it sounds, but I hope I’m right. An RG GP02a would be soooo good
Biggest wishlist kit for bandai to make is a RG GP02. Id pre-order it so fast.
If you haven't checked out the MG GP03, I really think its a great kit! It's obviously an older kit, but honestly some of the engineering in that kit feels way ahead of its time and I loved building it! It really stands out from the other MG kits from Stardust Memory
Agreed, I enjoyed the classic GP03. It's a good kit with some fun engineering in the fold out sub-arm things.
I really love the anime, plus the Dendrobium is one of my fave mecha of all time. I wanna check out if my Robot Spirits GP03 can fit inside the HG Orchis
my copy of the RG zephyrantes is really sturdy except for the core fighter connection but the rest is amazing, the full burnern can go exctinct for all i care
Gp02a is one of my top favorites. The tomashii gp02 is one of my favorite figures i own. I still need both effects packs to complete it.
Should look into getting resin printed effects to fill in all the burners!
91 being part of the 80s still kinda checks out.
Stardust Memory is how I properly found Gundam, back in the good ol days of Toonami, then onto Seed. Really need to start a Ver Anime collection of the latter.
5:26 real subtle man
Also they have a Gerbera Tetra Kai which is very nice
You could just get Bright Noa to slap you around. You would save a couple hundred bucks that way.
of course it won't be a Mechagaikatsu video without being so exaggerated on reviewing kits like the "ERGS" which not all RGs are that bad
I have most old RGs like RX 78, Freedom, Zaku 2, Sinanju, Zeta and etc and some of them have issues but NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL like I can fix those problems with ease. They are plastic models and as a Modeler it's part of the fun fixing Problems and Issues to improve your Model
Personally, I'd rather take all of that energy and money being put into fixing problems and use to it be creative instead. That's why I want things to work out of box, especially when it comes to stability. So yeah, it's a pretty big deal to me.
Last week I got an HG Mechanics 1/550 Dendrobium. I hope it's not a grenade
love these figures. only thing I dont like about the GP02 is I wish the shield came with a clear adaptor part that let it mount to a stand for support. I just have a waist clip on his arm.
when you pulled out the shield for the gpo 2 a part went flying you might have lost the forearm attachment part
I'm not going to lie I was disappointed this wasn't about a extremely needed update to the Stardust Memory gunpla.
Same
I love the GP0 series of gundams. Bandai needs to do new updated HG versions of them
The PG is god tier
About the Gundam giveaway… I assume 30 September is the last day and this video will be your last video in September I assume the answer is Gundam Aerial as in most of your videos in September Gundam Aerial is shown. I will also assume I am wrong because it is just an assumption. But if I really won the giveaway, it would really mean a lot to me regardless on what I get. Thank you so much! Love your videos!
there are plenty of great old models that need the "the Origins" treatment.
ugh. the figures look cool but damn i was hoping for buildable.. great review either way. I hope the remake the stardust memories line.
The thumbnail of this video is just P E R F E C T I O N~
3:03 Man??? 😂😂😂
gotta get that pg gp01
So was this the vid we were supposed to say Daribalde was the subject of the easter egg hunt?
The old school animation is far more appealing than what we have now
again we need more Shoji Kawamori-designed Mobile Suits in our lives.
I’m surprised you didn’t mention the Perfect Grade GP01 at the beginning of the video.
Remember have the figure/toy of GP01
5:27 HG Darilbalde and Gundam Aerial
I didn't expect some RG would just be a bit cheaper.
HG GM Custom, despite its age is still a nice kit (even though it has old-type hips, trigger-finger hand is loose as hell OOB and some details need to be painted), and from what I heard - GP02 is also nice for an older HG. But yeah, 0083 could use some love from Bandai. I wonder though, how 1/100 GP04 was like...
It's very difficult to be Uraki got overpowered by enemy ,cheated by his own organization at the same time ,and the worst of them is a sack a sh*t blond girlfriend that did it
The GP01 Gundam Zephyrantes Full Burnern has a set of quadruple "nipple" verniers for maximum reverse thrust action!!!😆😁😄😃🤣😂
5:27 I feel like he coughed to hint that the darilbalde was a giveaway hint or maybe it was the time he found him
I’m here with the possible giveaway clues again! >:D
5:21 Gundam Aerial
5:27 The not Dilanza, Gundam Daribalde XD
Awesome video! I do love and hate Stardust Memories (the animation is awesome, the ending though, is infuriating)!
Btw! The simple stand got discontinued on hlj 😢. So if anyone wants it, might have to source another place.
Only problem is the robot spirits figures are like 3X-5x as expensive as a Gunpla.
I have to disagree with the real grade. They are really solid, and mine still have great joints.
The MG Physalis is such a bulky brick, he can't flop around and explode on its own. Unlike Zephyranthes (Full Vernier or not). Don't have the Dendrobium Stamen, so dunno about that 1 though
Well, I have heard the Perfect grade is pretty decent.
I used to hate bulky mech designs, but MSs like the Sazabi and GP02 changed my opinion on them.
Wonder if you'd try HG Full Mechanics GP03D or Neue Ziel bc I heard that line is more geared toward experienced builders bc the need of painting for accuracy. Then again there's ship models in this line too?
