0:51 why did the car level crossing activate earlier than the pedestrian level crossing? Also, why did the pedestrian level crossing have a bell, but the car level crossing didn't?

Tim John I think it’s because the cars don’t need the bell as much as certain pedestrians with impaired vision. The vehicle crossing probably closes earlier for safety.
