- This is an overview of the mix of my latest single. We listen to the raw tracks, identify problems, set an intention on where to take these tracks, and then use the tools we have to get there.

Super intéressant , merci.
That was very insightful Matt and I love the ''small moves'' approach. Oh and that bass tone is gnnnn---arrrrrrrrrr---lyyyyyy ! It fits the mood of the song perfectly. Thanks for the video =)
Thanks a bunch for the love, Pascal! Gnarly bass tones get my vote! 🤘
The sound especially clean vocals reminds me of Extol.
I love Extol! They must have woven themselves in my influences. :)

@@brunopradomusic Thank you Bruno, It's much appreciated!
Love the guitar tone in here. Have you used sim or real amp? What kind of amp and speakers have you used?
Sims! Christopher did all the guitars remotely. The rhythms were tracked with a Line 6 HX Stomp, Cali IV Lead amp, with an IR from ML Sound Lab. The lead a similar chain but with variations on the sim and IR.
What were those 2 snare samples? They sound great
I believe these were blends of some Jens Bogren and Jacob Hansen sample packs! Quality stuff!
Fuck yeah bro keep this up
Haha awesome ! I'll do my best!
Have you completed the Mastering as a reference, then sent to a professional mastering studio to see what they did differently? I need to do this.
I often use my masters as a reference point prior to doing revisions. It can help prevent going to far or even backwards!
À 13min27, ça fait penser à un mix entre Hypocrisy et Devin Townsend :)
Deux artistes que j'aime alors tant mieux!
