The way the song was able to give an inner strength to teenager girls by the song's, song lyrics, musicality and VERY IMPRESSIVE music video, is absolutely incredible and a TOTALLY unique situation in British Popular Music.

They were easily one of the best girl groups, rather than singing about how hot some guy is or how much in love they were with him, they actually sang about real issues that young people face! Every song seemed to have a meaning, well to me anyway! Shame how after Mutya left they kind of just morphed into every other girlband out there!

I honestly thought I would never get through it, I was hurting in a way I had never experienced before. This song really helped me.
