  • I will reveal all the stocks that I have got in my portfolio and the motivation behind keeping these stocks from PSX in this video. I was not very fond of investing in Pakistan stock exchange but since last 2 years of investing - I found out that i was missing out some serious returns in last 20 years where my focus was entirely property in Pakistan. Please do comment on the video on your thoughts anything related to personal finance.

Im buying different ETFs to start with. I'll also buy DCR soon. Problem is they give around 10-12% only. Banks are giving 10-11% on fixed term deposits for 1-5 yrs. ETFs 12% with high risk is not so atttactive but still have to start somewhere. One of my relatives is in stock business since long time. They bought stocks when there were paper certificates. They get around 5-6 million in dividends every year!!!. They told me to buy blue chip stocks. All of them give dividends ranging from 10 to 25%. I know I have long to go to earn 5 million in dividends but rome was not built in a day!

And, no, you cannot know if the dip is real or it’s further going to dip. I allocate funds for such dips - but never spend more than allocated funds for the dip. As if the dip goes deeper, you will have no further money to invest :-)

Agreed - but as and when the stock market index increases - such stocks are bound to increase in value. Till that time - if you don't have enough money to buy physical property, this is not a bad pick.

Hi,as a beginner I was curious that for long term investment,do you sell the share when it reaches certain price and then buy again at low price? If not, then how do we get 12-15% ROI if the range of share price stays same (This doesn't include return from dividend)

I also wanted to ask does index funds also give dividends that the stocks in them are giving.
Also should i research and invest in a single index fund or further diversify by investing in more than 1 fund.
Sorry for asking a lot of questions if you could make a video for beginners that would be great 😅
