I'm Elfino from India. I was preparing for my medical studies and then I felt some higher calling and I prayed. Finally decided to submit myself to do Religious studies at Spicer Adventist University. I'm at present doing my second year and my History of SDA church teacher introduced our class with this journey. At first it was quite difficult when we saw it was 28 mins. But it wasn't the same when I personally started watching the videos. And never I missed watching this from the first to the last video of this journey. After the first video, I told my mom I would have chosen religious studies even before my 12th grade if I would have watched this wonderful video. This made me do my Adventist pioneer heritage honor for the pathfinders. The love for these videos didn't end with me personally but made all my church pathfinders to watch each and every video. I pray that the Lord will lead you even more. I wish I would also be a part of this ministry, feeling inspired by the pioneers.
I believe in the Lord who has called me for His work and I pray that He will use me miraculously. Let this mission continue for God's glory. With lots of love and prayers ❣️

I was in the pathfinders many years ago. Earn many badges! Become comrade, than master comrade! Why did the they get rid of calling us "comrade" ?? Also went to their boarding schools! Which was patterned after the schools in commist China! We as kids had to work four hours a day to pay our own room and board? They had many tax free businesses useing kids as "Cerf's"! They would teach us that the TRUTH NEVER CHANGES! They condemned the Catholic Church for it's statues! Yet on Lineage there are several, beautiful statues shown! Can't get over how the Àdventist church has changed! My direct ancestors helped found the church!
Wonderful, inspiring. Let's do our work to support the savior's marvelous plan of redemption. Let's draw close and seek his guidance in the gospel work until he comes in great anticipation

Try to imagine two political subdivisions in the world - countries or states within a country. Imagine that these two subdivisions are similar in population, climate, wealth and mix of religious and political perspectives.
Imagine the adventists in one of those subdivisions are eager to encourage their neighbors to join the SdA organization. They refer to the organization as “the Church” (or “the remnant Church”), invite their neighbors to attend Sabbath School and worship services and teach adventist doctrines in their homes (calling those teaching sessions “Bible studies”).
In the other subdivision, the adventists use the word “church” to refer to the Christian church (and refer to SdA organizations as “conferences”), encourage their neighbors to trust the Lord, invite their neighbors to attend Bible studies but invite people who attend the studies to share their own insights and insist that no one refer to someone else’s perspective as “wrong”. This group of adventists refer to the protestant movement, the methodist movement and the advent movement as special emphases WITHIN the Christian church.
Does it seem likely that the first group of adventists mentioned above would have more “success” in terms of numbers of people who would join the SdA organization?
Does it seem likely that the second group of adventists would have more success in terms of numbers of people who, even if they remain in their parents’ denominations, would not be deceived by false messiahs and who would, therefore, be on the right side in the great controversy and be translated when Jesus returns?
P.S. If your concept of evangelism is more that of the second group mentioned above, please say so or “like” my comment.

@SIMPLE VEGETARIANS yes for our brothers and sisters and if we want to be justified as good christians hence why it uses that analogy of helping someone i believe. but if u read it properly doesnt it say Abraham was justified because he believed and he had righteousness because of it.
Also explain why Paul says works don't save u in titus 3vs5.
Or romans 4 says what it says explain it.

Name any prophet in the Bible that we should idolize there homes and schools. Then we should stop idolizing Ellen White in this fashion. Matt. 23:27-33. Read it.

It is not idolizing but rather educating the people what the spirit of God can accomplish in man. It is through God’s divine guidance that Ellen White was able to assist in the education and health institutions that we have today. In order to understand the present and the future we must study history.

@SIMPLE VEGETARIANS you didn't Read Matt.23:27-33. Seven day adventist idolize her but toss out her writings that condemns them. She is very clear that God has left G.C. house desolate. And she has said this a lot. Get out of the sister to Babylon. Note I didn't call the church Babylon. ELLEN WHITE calls her the sister to Babylon. Read more.
